SLEEPING QUARTERS The primary suite offers a king bed, smart TV, dedicated workspace with printer, and French doors leading directly to the backyard pool paradise. A queen guest bedroom with TV provides comfort and style, while the third bedroom includes a full-size bed and smart TV. The queen and full bedrooms share access to a full bath with shower/tub combo. With hotel-quality linens and playful décor, every room feels welcoming and unique.

I felt that AirBNB advertised a house with a pool and hot tub. It seemed unfair to ask for additional funds 1 week prior to the rental. If the house is advertised in this manner, then the fee that is listed should include the energy bill for the use of the pool. If I did not expect to use the amenities, then I would not have rented that house. I thought that the sheets should fit the beds. The sheet on the king size bed did not cover the bed and was also torn. I could not find any cutting board to use for prepping food. I could not find measuring cups or spoons. I attempted to use the stand mixer and it smelled like something was burning. There was a good number of plates and glasses. However, the dishwasher did not work well and often seemed to leave food on the plates. The washer and dryer worked great. A bathing suit bottom was left behind the door in the half bathroom. I appreciated the towels outside that were present for use outside. .

  • No Music is allowed outside of the rental home (at any volume)
  • Parking is restricted to 1 car per bedroom in designated parking spaces.
  • Pets are not allowed in Non-Pet Friendly Properties
  • Please do not exceed the max occupancy of the home
  • All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property.

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
