ABOUT THE HOME Upon entering the private courtyard, you'll find a spacious outdoor living area with a pool, four umbrella-shaded lounge chairs, a fire pit with seating for six, and a wicker sectional with a retractable shade screen and ample seating. Once inside this sleek, newly updated home, you'll find a living room furnished with seating for six and a 70in 4K LCD TV. A seating area equipped with a gas fireplace gives way to a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay. Have a quick bite at the breakfast bar, where there's seating for two, or linger over meals at the dining table, which accommodates six. Vibrant, eclectic art is hung throughout the home, including in each of the two guest bedrooms. Each includes a queen-size bed and French doors that open to the pool area. The two bedrooms share a bathroom with a single vanity and glass-enclosed, walk-in shower. The master bedroom houses a king bed, funky artwork, French doors that open to the backyard, and an en-suite bath with a shower. Amenities include a dishwasher, wine cooler, washer/dryer, and driveway parking for at least two cars.

This 3,700-square-foot property includes a main house and a one-bedroom casita, as well as a gorgeously landscaped backyard with a private pool with tanning shelves, a spillover spa, a built-in grill, and two outdoor fireplaces. You'll entertain easily in the sunlit living space, two dining areas, and a well-appointed kitchen with a walk-in pantry, double ovens, and stainless steel appliances. 

After a night spent gathered around the 70-inch TV. There are two primary suites, one of which offers its own private entrance from the front courtyard. One of the guest bedrooms has a Sega Genesis system. The casita is on the north side of the property, featuring a separate entrance, a private patio with an outdoor fireplace, a mini-fridge, and a bed.

You'll find this home two miles north of El Paseo, the famous stretch of downtown Palm Desert known for its outstanding restaurants, upscale shops, and art galleries. There are dozens of world-class golf courses within a short drive, including several open to the public. You're also close to the Palm Springs Museum of Modern Art, Cahuilla Indian Museum, Palm Springs Air Museum, and the Children's Discovery Museum of the Desert.

Things to Know
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10 am to 10 pm.

Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.
