-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. The minimum length of stay for this home is 28 nights. For stays of 29 nights or more, additional discounts may be available, please contact us for more information.
-Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

Wonderful place to stay. Travelled with my family and loved having our owns rooms. So much better than a hotel because we could park right out front and just walk inside. Pool and spa was a wonderful temperature and heaps of fun to play around in. Would highly recommend.

This place was excellent. Had everything you would need for a great stay. Its location in Rancho Mirage was great and the neighborhood was very nice and very quiet. Amazing pool and backyard. Temps were well into the 100s during our stay and AC and fans kept house nice inside. I was a little nervous about a place with a property company managing it instead of an individual host, but it turned out they were as, if not more responsive than most individual hosts I've dealt with. They were great and the communication was quick. If I had to nit-pick, I would only point out that in the photos of the living room it shows two large chairs facing the TV. Those chairs were no longer there, and it made it difficult for four people to sit together in the living room. Overall, would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Spot on relative to the description and located in a beautiful area of Rancho Mirage, we had a great stay! The house was perfect for 4 adults and a toddler, with ample room for all. The kitchen was well stocked and the pool extremely pleasant. We loved our stay and would definitely return!

This place is great! I booked it for my company who was sending photographers down to Coachella. Some places are weird when doing a company booking but Kaye and the team made it a breeze. They were so communicative and lovely to work with. The reports from my colleagues are of an incredible space, spotless, with really great amenities. I only wish I got to stay here myself! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet weekend of luxury in the desert.

Best Home Rented In The Desert Thus Far

This was the fourth home we've rented in Palm Desert (3 other companies) and easily was the highest value. Unlike the other homes, the house was ready when we arrived; the pool was warm, instructions were clear etc. The house itself had everything we would need for a family of five and was centrally located in the desert (this house was close to all shops/stores and not a 15 minute drive like prior homes in La Quinta)/. Reservation team was friendly in person and on the phone. The team was responsive and seemed to have good spirit.

  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
