We loved our stay and would definitely book the home again. For only being 2 bedrooms, it was very spacious. It had a great open floor plan, tall ceilings, big windows, a nice deck and a beautiful view. One of the best parts was the large, enclosed backyard if you bring your pup. My dog and kids had so much playing in the snow in the backyard. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Only con was the beds could have been comfier. Overall, we had a great stay and will book again!

We didn’t end up going because it was pouring and there has been many flash flood warnings in the area. Given the fact that we were planning to stay only 1 night I asked for an early check in but I was told that they couldn’t guarantee it. We also tried to cancel because the roads were deemed unsafe due to severe weather. They were very responsive but not flexible at all despite the situation

Beautiful spacious home. Fenced yard great for pets although it is pretty steep so if you have mobility problems that may be an issue. I really loved this house. Very clean and relaxing and so nice to be able to bring the dogs. Comfortable bed, nice linens, comfy couch. There were a few good restaurants for take away within driving distance.

A lovely time. Well equiped home provides comfort, well stocked kitchen supplies with modern conveniences. Plethora of plates and glasses.Fire place is living room wery cozy. Perfect A/C and heating. Lovely deck. We intended to bring our dogs but circumstances changed so we didn't. It would work for pets though. Grocery, etc convenient and nearby. Enjoyed the cruise around the lake.

Had a great time at Lake Arrowhead for me and my wife's 1 year wedding anniversary. Place was in a nice and quiet location. Just a short walk will get you to the lake trail where you can walk all the way to the village. We brought our dog and she had a great time, the place is very dog friendly!

The property was exactly what my family and I needed and was hoping to get. Travelled with my 4yr old and 2yr old. Oh, brought our yellow lab with us as well, he absolutely loved it! Home was private and safe. I loved the enclosed gates and fencing all around the property! The home was beautiful and had everything that was needed for a nice long, and enjoyable stay! My girls loved the books and colors they had for them and had an absolute blast in "their room" with the bunk and bathroom. Will be staying here again, if schedule and availability permits. This house was even better than the pictures! Everything was super clean, the beds are really comfortable with nice cotton sheets . the kitchen was well stocked, also very clean with a great refrigerator and cooktop. We had an amazing stay! The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The location was fantastic, and check-in and check-out were seamless. Communication with the host was excellent. The kitchen was fully stocked and in great condition, making it easy to cook meals. We especially appreciated how dog-friendly the property was—it even had a doggy door leading to a dog run, which was perfect for our pup. The open, great room was warm and inviting, and we loved the sofa configurations that facilitate connection and conversations. Great home, very well kept. Supplied nicely with all kitchen needs. Great patio, nice location, quiet. Furnished nicely, loved the fireplace and outdoor fire table. AC and heat worked well. Definitely want to come back. Now for the downside. Did not appreciate being shook down for extra money for a late check out. It felt like a used car salesman technique from the 1970"s. I'm 62 my wife is 52, in a combined 114 years of life traveling the world i have never seen a 10 am check out ANYWHERE. I have a text that states "standard check out is 1400 hours if you'd like a copy. Just add the cost up front and let the client decide. Please refund that cost and absolutely 5 stars.

I have nothing but great things to say about this property! It was clean, dog friendly, warm, welcoming and close to everything we wanted to do. This home really sets the standard for all other rentals. The joy of this home was found in the small details….extra pillows and blankets, really comfortable beds and bedding, the doggie door, the safe and enclosed yard, and the window panes on the balcony so you can see your dogs and kids in the yard. Not to mention, the house was IMMACULATE! Not one spider or crawler (which is hard to do in the mountains). Would 100% stay here again and recommend this rental to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! The handle on the screen door to the deck is broken and the edges are sharp so this needs to be fixed immediately. Also, the lot next door has started on its project, so we had to listen to chainsaws cutting trees in the morning which took away from our peace and quiet. However, we enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings and enjoying the beautiful views. This is a home we would come back to!

We enjoyed our stay in the Emerald Oasis! It was clean and comfortable! The handle on the screen door to the patio is broken and the edges are sharp so this needs to be fixed right away. Also, the empty lot next door is starting on their project so we had to listen to a chainsaw in the morning cutting trees. It took away from the peace and quiet in the mornings. The house is big, super clean. Kitchen is fully equipped to host a few dozen people and cook up a storm! Only downside is that the house doesn't come with a permit to access the lake so not much to do on a very hot day. Management company were very communicative. Great place!

This was our second stay at the property. One of the best in lake arrowhead for a few reasons I my opinion. Driveway is very flat and easy to enter, home is largely single story which my family prefers with our 2 young children. Huge bright windows and open space inside. My children love the toys there and my 3yo always is asking to go back. Super clean house, great location.

The amount of dining and living room space was beautiful. Books, card/board games, the soccer table, out door patio everything was nice. The rooms are spacious. My family and I very much enjoyed our Christmas Eve here. The one thing that I feel they should consider fixing is their cabinet with many glasses. The door opens on it's own and we continued to close it since we had toddlers with us. Other than that they have all you need in the kitchen and towels in restroom.

We love this cabin! This is our 2nd year staying here for Thanksgiving. Very impressed with how clean this place is. Especially being pet friendly! We love how the kitchen opens to the great room and everyone can be together. The massive windows allow for an amazing view, and the fireplace makes it warm and cozy. Fun foosball table that we played often. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. We had family photos taken while we were in the area and the master bath was great to get ready in. Nice bright lighting, a convenient make up mirror and a good quality blow dryer! Cabin is located close to Lake arrowhead Village which has everything you need. I usually don't write reviews but I have to with this one. The cabin was absolutely spectacular. If we didn't venture out and instead stayed the whole weekend inside the cabin, that would have been a perfect vacation in itself. The cabin is warm, homey, and CLEAN. It has so many useful amenities including a Tesla charger and washer and dryer. Plenty of room for 4+ guests. While we don't have a dog, it's very dog friendly and has a wonderful fenced-in yard. I would love to go back again - just for the cabin! Thank you for such a great experience!!

I usually don't write reviews but I have to with this one. The cabin was absolutely spectacular. If we didn't venture out and instead stayed the whole weekend inside the cabin, that would have been a perfect vacation in itself. The cabin is warm, homey, and CLEAN. It has so many useful amenities including a Tesla charger and washer and dryer. Plenty of room for 4+ guests. While we don't have a dog, it's very dog friendly and has a wonderful fenced-in yard. I would love to go back again - just for the cabin!

Property was wonderful. Turnkey has 10am check out, $40 for late checkout, if available. Not very customer friendly. Tree views from all windows, quiet, Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, quality patio furniture and bbq.

When staying away from home you expect to need something...this home is clean, well stocked with Quality linens, and plenty of them. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of place settings, cups, glasses, wine glasses, small kitchen appliances and pots and pans. Views are wonderful, windows allow 180 degree view...feeling like you are in a tree house. Definitely will be a return visitor.

The perfect location for 10 days in the local mountains. Easy, level and protected parking for 3 cars and an excellent 2 + 2 home with high end appointments, a huge Great Room and multiple decks. Convenient Cedar Glen location on a fenced lot with no immediate neighbors… Forest and water (Papoose Lake) views. A few burned out bulbs but the home was beautifully furnished, VERY clean and dog friendly. Local Vacasa support came out to change bulbs and delivered bbq propane, very efficient. Would recommend highly!!!

The house is big, super clean. Kitchen is fully equipped to host a few dozen people and cook up a storm! Only downside is that the house doesn't come with a permit to access the lake so not much to do on a very hot day. Management company were very communicative. Great place!

I stayed on this cabin for a family vacation and it was what we expected and more. The host welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine and some treats. Very clean and nice cabin, with a nice view, especially if you plan on having a BBQ outside. The backyard was fenced so our puppy had a big space to run and he loved it. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay with your family this cabin will not disappoint.

This place is awesome. It was really clean, spacious for my family and I including our dogs. It had everything you can ask for from blankets to sandwich bags. Id definitely stay there again. I thought the living room tv was a little too small for the big space but thats the least of the worries. I had some trouble with the front door lock when i would try to lock up i spent a few minutes just trying to lock it. Other than that, the host was responsive and nice.

This is an ideal location for a getaway—excellent layout for relaxing and enjoying a lovely view of mountains and treetops from the great room. Nicely appointed with tasteful furniture and decorative touches. The kitchen is well organized with lovely decks for outdoor eating or quiet meditation. Clean and comfortable with a sense of spaciousness, we felt very much at home in the lovey property.

We absolutely loved the home, it was very clean and had everything we needed to make a perfect weekend getaway. We took our dog and it was great to find a dog park just up the street. The balcony allows you to relax, with view of the dam and see beautiful wildlife. The Neighbors were very friendly as well. There were a few things that could be fixed, 1) The A/C in the master bedroom made a loud noise, so we had to keep the bedroom window open, that goodness the weather permitted, the propane tanks on the deck for BBQ were a little low, we had to use the same one to grill and light up the fire pit. The Patio furniture is a bit worn out and not clean, the kitchen fridge wasn't getting cold enough, yet didn't spoil our food, so all in all it was good.

This was a great house. It had everything you could possibly need. Super comfy & a good home away from home. I enjoyed watching the birds, squirrels & deer from the deck. The only hiccup we had was not being able to start the fire pit outside. For some reason kept getting shocked. Not a big deal & never contacted anyone regarding the trouble. Overall absolutely enjoyed our stay & was sad to leave. Nice close get away from the south OC. We would definitely book this house again.

This home was perfect in every way. Fully stocked kitchen and more than enough towels and blankets. The open floor plan with big windows is ideal for family to hang out and enjoy each other while also enjoying the outdoors. We will definitely be back.

I want to start off by saying the pictures do not do this place justice. The moment we walked in, it was breath taking. All the windows, the View off the patio, the big open lay out, everything was perfect. The house was so clean, every corner, every dish. Spotless. I have 2 kids under 6 so I was very happy to find a kids corner with toys, books, and board games. Also the Foosball table was a hit for all ages. They also provided 2 sleds in the laundry room to use during our stay. Communication with the property manager was very easy and helpful throughout our stay. Its definitely a place we will continue booking. Lovee love loveee!

I was so excited to book this home, the location was just what we were looking for, close to town. The winter view, of bare trees and snow caped mountains, took our breath away. The windows filled the cabin with amazing light. This home is well taken care of and you can tell so loved, it was a joy to stay here. We stayed the first week in January, after a snow storm 2 weeks earlier, The small fenced backyard hill was perfect for the kids to have some sledding snow play. The days did not get warmer then 55 and it was so nice to have great heat thought out the house, Both fireplaces were the prefect ambiance. the kitchen had everything thing you needed to create a feast. The dinning table was large and fit our family of 8 perfectly. We were really happy to find the house decorated with Christmas decor still, it was perfect to end our families winter vacation. I have stayed at the local resort and this home experience is 10 time better. I look forward to staying here again.

The place was extremely clean. Looks just as advertised. All the small details are covered. Great layout. The balcony was great and the view is pretty good although somewhat obstructed. The place was so quiet, the 2 side lots are empty so it feels very private. The kids had fun playing in the inclined backyard in the snow. Fireplaces were great and simple to turn on. Furniture is high quality and not staged like. The only room for improvement was the beds were a bit too firm, however they were high quality (Temperpedic). We definitely would love to return.

We have stayed in vacation rentals within the USA and Europe. This was the cleanest unit we have ever stayed in. The owners have thought of every detail necessary, when staying away from home. Linens were well stocked. The kitchen had multiple small appliances, plenty of place settings for large groups. There were 6 adults and sleeping arrangements were comfortable. Honestly the place is equipped to sleep 11 in actual beds. Quality linens are provided, plenty of towels, extra sheets and blankets. Even cozy throws available too. All of us enjoyed our New Years week at your home. Thank you!!

The extra little touches were fabulous. The Kitchen well stocked. They were not chincy in any area of comfort. The only thing one of us noted was the fan in the guest bathroom was overly loud when you took a shower.

The positives: this place was spotless! I was nervous renting a “pet friendly” place because I hate pet hair! Which is why we have a hypoallergenic labradoodle that doesn’t shed. I was pleasantly surprised there was ZERO trace of previous pets! No pet hair, no chew marks… it almost looked like it had recently been remodeled. The couches looked brand new and the floors and moldings are gorgeous. It has a big great room so you can cook in the kitchen and still be with the family. Huge cozy fireplace and massive windows with a view. There is a fun foosball table we played often. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots, pans, 2 different kinds of coffee makers, casserole baking dishes… it even had an air fryer! The only thing I wish it had was foil to line the baking sheets and cover dishes in the oven. The table is large and sits up to 10 people. The beds are comfortable and the linens are great quality. Bath towels are super plush and soft. The laundry machines are really nice and large capacity. Suggestions for next time: the bar of soap provided for showers is terrible. The first time I showered, I had to use my shampoo as soap. I couldn’t get the bar to lather. It’s like wax. So we ran to the store and bought soap. The water in the master shower does not get hot. Luke warm at best. Not sure if the shower dial got installed wrong, but it doesn’t turn all the way to the wall. It stops half way. It’s definitely not the water heater! Beautiful home and awesome location. up above San Bernardino. we were attending an event down in the city and it was amazing to stay up out of all the chaos the city offers but still close enough to drive in every day. Crestline is a 15 minute drive with tons of food choices and other options for activities. shirt 5 minute drive to Lake Arrowhead brewery, it's nice place to relax and have a beer. The house was nice and spacious and very accommodating. Will be back again someday in the future. thanks for having us

This place was everything we were looking g for form the location to the beautiful deck and huge windows, cozy fireplace. Only thing we were told we can get to the lake from the backyard to go fish and we couldn’t it was fenced off and we were told it’s a private lake so no fishing for us. One of the main reasons we got this place. However it met all our other expectations??

The home was very clean and spacious and has everything you would need. My husband and I spent time in Cedar Glen, the village and Skypark and the home was the perfect location for us. It's just a 5 minute drive to the Lake Arrowhead village. The deck is a great place to relax outside with the fire pit. The yard below is steep but fenced in, so it was great for our dog to explore. The home is in a quiet neighborhood on a quiet street. We would definitely stay again.

We chose this property for it's lovely photos, bedrooms, fireplaces, great room, level entry. Owner very attentive to guests. So many comfort items, best shower with skid proof botyom and generous shower head. Smart TV with streaming. Wifi very strong. Kitchen electric stove, all cooking tools, new pots and pans.

I needed to get away from everything & this place was perfect! I stayed by myself for most of the stay, but my husband & a couple friends were up for 1 night & we all just loved the space. There were multiple areas to break off into conversations and do various activities (e.g., cook in the kitchen, do a puzzle at the table, listen to a podcast on the deck, play foosball in the living room). The beautiful surroundings inside and out were so refreshing and open. Enjoyed the view of the lake through the leaves and the fact that the deck was shaded for most of the day. Had an issue with the internet, but Turnkey responded promptly and got everything squared away.

Great house. We really enjoyed our stay. As it’s a pretty new listing lots of the silverware, kitchen utensils etc were brand new or barely used which was great for us as we did lots of cooking. And if we needed anything it was usually there. They even had nice touches like a fully stocked spice rack. The fireplace in the living room was awesome and we had cozy nights on the sofa. Lots of board games to play and things for kids to enjoy. They have a great dining space too. We loved having the patio with the firepit for making s’mores. Our 2.5 year old was thrilled with the bunk bed. We had a few minor issues arise, and we contacted the management company who were helpful and responsive. All in all, a great family getaway, and we’d recommend to a friend.

Great views, clean beautiful home has everything you need for a great stay. Turnkey team was very helpful and nice as well as the home owners. Very comfortable beds, plenty of safe space for our pup to run around inside and out. Felt very comfortable due to alarm system that was a plus and so helpful as well.
