Downtown Tucson is 30 minutes to the southeast and Phoenix is less than 90 minutes to the north. Gas, groceries, and dining are but a few minutes away. This home offers guests an open, spacious floor plan. The large family room and den/bonus room, both complete with comfortable seating and TVs, will provide personal space for families, golf buddies, or couples who need their own space after a day of recreation or sightseeing together. Settle in and enjoy mountain and desert views from the gorgeous sparkling private pool**! Everything is designed for comfort in this lovely home. When you're done exploring, come back to central air conditioning and a reclining chair by the pool.
