Luxury Condo with Private Patio, Fire Pit & Grill | Walk to Disneyland

Our stay was great, it was a decent walk to downtown Disney, it took us a little bit to find the apartment and even longer to find the garage. Overall it was a nice trip, nice apartment. The stairs have light carpet and from all the traffic they are pretty dirty but everything else looked clean and really put together.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, quiet and very comfortable, the garage was a great perk. The location was perfect. Just a short drive or walk to Disneyland. Check-in was easy and communication was great. We would definitely stay here again. I recommend it to anyone visiting the Disneyland.

Great place and outstanding location, with a short walk through Downtown Disney to the front gates of the parks. The unit was very comfortable and easily accommodated our group of 7. I would happily return and highly recommend it.

We had an excellent stay here. The location was fantastic to walk to Disney and it was very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for our family and we loved how quiet the stay was while we were there. There was a good bit of remodeling of other units during our stay but we were gone much of the day and it was never a problem. Had some trouble figuring out the parking and we were late checking in almost at midnight. But the communication was great. I didn't expect a reply, but got one almost instantly. They helped find the correct parking space and ultimately the right garage after a bit. Would definitely come back and stay here for another visit.

The townhome is sitting right behind the Disney Downtown multi-stories parking lot. It takes 30 mins from the Disney entrance to walk home. It is very manageable. Save me a lot from paying Disney parking ??? The townhome complex is a maze. Not exactly easy to find our unit. Just be patient when you arrive ?? Other than that, 5 stars and thumbs up ????

The pool doesn't have any shade but they are renovating. Would be nice to be able to get out of the sun. Need a couple more frying pans as the one we had was horrible. Couldn't clean it very easily. Great location for Disney and within walking distance. Nice property and comfortable.

Loved this condo and would definitely stay again! We are a family of four (with teens). The proximity of this condo to Disneyland is perfect. You cross Walnut Street at Magic Way and walk about 10 to 15 minutes down Magic Way to the Mickey & Friends parking lot. (You could make this walk in 10 minutes if walking briskly.) From there we took the free tram to the park. It's also the same distance to the downtown Disney entrance where you can take the monorail. If that walk is too long, someone in your party could drop you off at the corner of Magic Way & Disneyland Dr to catch the tram, or there is a drop off area at the Downtown Disney District Guest Drop Off to catch the monorail. Very easy to go back and forth for a mid-day break and back to the park again for the evening. We found the condo clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, laundry worked well, kitchen stocked with all utensils/tools you'd need. We did have the microwave fuse blow a few times one morning. Not sure what triggered it, but it was remedied quickly by the fuse box in the adjacent laundry room. There is some wear and tear on the carpets, doors, etc, but it's clean and overall still looks like a very nice place. As others have mentioned, the exterior of the condos/property is in need of a facelift, and it appears that is happening as we noticed construction workers renovating the outside of one set of condos. Exterior siding looks like it is past its useful life. But interior is good/great. Garage is closer than parking space, so I recommend finding that before unloading. Location is great.

We chose this property due to its proximity to Disney and it did not disappoint. Our family of 5 had plenty of space and the accommodations were comfortable. It took us 20-25 minutes to reach the entrance to Disneyland and California Adventure. The property was very clean, but could use new carpet and the paint could be touched up in some areas. The process from booking to check out was very easy. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!

This was our second stay in this townhouse complex near Disneyland and it is still one of the best options out there! The location is unbeatable, just a flat 8 minute walk to the park. The unit is very kid friendly with a pack n play, high chair, and plastic dishes, which made traveling with our baby and toddler easier. The playground and pool area is awesome (the kid pool, 1ft deep is perfect for park cool-down time). Check in and check out were a breeze without a long list of tasks, which was appreciated on our travel day home. A couple notes for the PM co: the carpets and couch could use a deep clean. I was weary to put my baby down, even on a blanket. I had read this in reviews and asked in advance if it had been addressed, but it had not. Also, a map or better directions to find the exact unit would be helpful as the complex is a bit of a maze. That said, we had a great time, especially with friends staying in another unit nearby, and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

Great stay with enough room for 3 adults and 3 kids. The nearness to Disneyland was what attracted us to it of course, and was worth it for that. We learned it may be a little too far for some but close enough for me to drop them off and walk over after.

The location is fabulous! You couldn’t stay much closer than this! The walk from the parking space to the door is quite long so it’s best to park in the garage area to unload your things into the home. The exterior of the property does not give the interior justice. The home is beautiful (dirty carpet but then again the carpets are beige) we appreciated the three bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the great communication!

The location for this place can't be beat if you're going to Disneyland. It's an easy walk to the Disney trams and perfect for coming back to in the afternoon to get away from the midday sun. The house is as described. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and it accommodated us all. As I think others have mentioned, the carpet on the stairs is dirty and can give the impression that the place isn't super clean and the dishwasher baskets were hard to pull out. All in all it's a good value.

Make sure you check the property map upon arrival as there are ALOT of buildings with different addresses. Other than that, the exterior of the buildings were a bit rough, but there were some being resided, so it may look better in the future. All in all, everything was fine

Our family of 7 had a great vacation based at this home. We easily walked to Disneyland in 15-20 minutes from the door to the park entry turnstiles. The walk is on sidewalk the whole way (I had feared we would be cutting through alleys and parking lots. We were not). We loved having a separate bed for each of the 5 kids. The kitchen was well equipped. A high chair, pack and play and a basic umbrella stroller were available in the home. The laundry had a huge capacity washing machine. The pool did not seem to be heated, but we enjoyed the hot tub. There was also a small playground near the pool area, which was just steps away from the unit. The grounds of the complex were very nicely kept. The kids had a lot of fun hunting for snails in the grass and bushes. The parking spots are a short walk to the unit, it is not possible to park right at the door.

Location is absolutely perfect, its on the other side of the park but an easy 10-15 minute walk to the front of California Adventure and Disneyland. The home was perfect for the 6 of us. The kids slept in the bunk beds and the adults had comfortable bedrooms. The layout of the home was great with the bedrooms upstairs and away from the noise of the living room and kitchen. The house itself had cable but not much more for entertainment inside the 4 walls. The pool (unheated) was 30m away along with a good sized hot tub. The host fixed any issues that came up and was easy to deal with.

We are so glad we stayed here for our Disney vacation! The proximity to Downtown Disney, and walking distance made getting to the parks each day a breeze. The condo itself is very comfortable. The kitchen amenities and proximity to groceries allowed us to have breakfast before starting our day. The patio, and the calm, quiet complex gave us a nice spot to relax and decompress after a busy day of Disneying. Contact with the owner was very simple. Overall, a great experience. We would not hesitate to stay here again, if the opportunity arises

This is directly accross the street from the Pixar Pals parking lot, so you can walk there and take the shuttle into the parks. Or you can walk about 10-15 minutes to the monorail. It's a nice little three bedroom with good seperation of space. The complex has a pool, hottub, and playground. The details may be a bit frayed at the margins, but you can't get better space and location. We would absolutely rent this again.

We rented this house for our Disneyland vacation. It was a very convenient walk to the Mickey & Friends parking structure where we caught the tram. The house was decorated so nice, and it was very clean. It was nice to have space for our family to spread out and to have a kitchen to have some meals.

Perfect for what we needed. Everything looked like the pictures. We didn't need Uber/Lyft. We walked up magic way and there is a bridge that you can walk up to that brings you across to the Mickey and friends parking lot tram. That was very convenient. Or you can walk to Downtown Disney by walking down downtown drive. Will definitely stay here again.

It really was a quick walk to Downtown Disney and the trams. You do have to cross the street (no immediate cross walk), take the stairs to the bridge walkway to the parking structures, and board the trams there. Several times we'd enter from Downtown Disney and board the monorail to get into Disneyland. This is the first time we've stayed on this side of Disneyland, and we don't miss the long lines of the formal front entrance at all. The townhouse was great, spacious for our group of 3 adults and 3 kids. Very nicely decorated, and not overly done in Disney decor. Housekeeping did a good job. The kids already want to come back next year!

Loved the location, we walked to the parks! Great space for a family of 6. The conditions of the rental were excellent, nice furniture and laundry room was a plus. Having 2.5 bathrooms was amazing, getting ready in the morning was faster. The only opportunity was that there wasn’t even salt in the kitchen. Having some basic on the kitchen like salt and pepper are kind of expected. Also, we couldn’t find laundry detergent, at least having a small amount for convenience would have helped. Other than that, we really enjoyed the stay!

The beds are comfortable, there are good dining and conversation areas for families, the patio has good seating, a clean BBQ, and seating for family meals. There are more than enough TVs in the unit--good supply of towels and pillows. Just across the boulevard from the entrance to the Disneyland parks.

5 minute walk to Disney, very nice interior. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels. Parking spot is not next to unit, garage is a short walk away. No network tv but you can get Netflix, Hulu, Disney plus, etc. super fast internet. Great unit for the price and location.

The location was great! Just down the road from downtown Disney and you can catch monorail into Disneyland. The outside of the building is pretty rough looking but the inside was fantastic. Super comfy beds, lots of space, huge tv’s and a great kitchen. Night time it is dead quiet so we had amazing sleeps - kind you 22,000 steps at Disney probably helped that too!We will definitely come Back. The Johnston family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a perfect vacation rental for our family of 5, two of which are adult children. I appreciated another reviewer's comment that the exterior of this older complex is in poor condition, as it would have caught me quite a bit off guard when pulling into the complex. It appears that some of the buildings are undergoing exterior renovations right now. The inside is cute and well appointed. The beds in all three rooms were very comfortable. Smart TVs with great quality picture. I brought dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry pods but there was some provided there that may have lasted us for a week. I ordered groceries through Pavillion that were delivered on our first day. Kitchen stocked with enough pots and pans, dishes, etc. We brought our own espresso machine as there is only a drip pot provided and we needed a proper coffee before heading out early mornings to the park. Kudos to TurnKey for their customer service! Any questions we had were responded to immediately. We were send a video showing how to change the lock code from a default 10 digit code to a new 4 digit code of our choice. The AC wasn't working upstairs very well on our arrival, I texted TurnKey and someone showed up the next day to service it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo couldn't have worked out better for our 3 generations group! Beautifully decorated, comfy, well equipped, and perfect location. Only wish we'd spent less time at Disneyland and more time hanging out at the condo! The park was bananas for spring break and it was great to come home at the end of the day and be able to spread out and relax. We did a combination of walking into the park, walking to Mickey and Friends garage and taking the tram, and as the week wore on, taking and Lyft back at the end of the night. Parking our car in the unit garage worked out well, once we found it. Management company was communicative and responsive. Highly recommend this rental for a family trip to Disney!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Great family unit. Easy walk to Downtown Disney. The unit was clean and equipped adequately. The exterior of the property is dated and looked shabby. It could use some paint and upgrading. The pool was unappealing in that there was no shade -no trees or umbrellas, and very few chaise lounges. The garage for our rental car was very difficult to find. We walked the whole property until we found our number. directions to find it would have helped immensely! But overall, I would recommend this property.

Great condo close to Disneyland. Our family of six stayed here at the end of October. The condo was very clean, spacious, and pretty well equiped. The air conditioning came in handy after long days at Disneyland. Great location across the street from Downtown Disney. Close to restaurants and shopping. Would stay here again.

I don't think you could possibly be any closer unless you were on the Dl property itself. Please beware that checkout is 10am. I figured it was like a hotel so we were not ready and the maids were kind enough to wait outside why we threw everything in bags and suitcases and were out in 15 min!!

The location was fantastic, right beside the playground and pool (but not loud) and a 5 minute walk to Downtown Disney. Turnkey property management was fantastic. Their methods and timeliness of communication was easy and almost instant response. The condo company was doing some tree landscaping and branches filled the patio. We mentioned it and Turnkey immediately sent someone to check it out and get it cleaned up. The backyard patio with the fire place was such a nice treat in the evenings. Some of the apartments in this area have kids toys and Disney stuff. This one does not. Just so you're aware in advance.

The walking distance to Disney land was good. The only problem we had was the air conditioner did not work for the first 3 days. Your local representative had it fixed and said that I would have some cominsation coming to me for the inconvenience. The first few days it was hard to reach some one to fix the air conditioning. The phone numbers that were given were not local and there was alot of phone tag going on. Thank you, Al voltz After the aircondition was fixed every thing was great. .

It was so beautiful it was difficult to leave for the day and not just relax and enjoy our surroundings. We would highly recommend this property and your rental company. Everything from reservations to checkout was done without problem. Quick and easy. It would be an additional help to have a list of FAQS'on how to use television set up and use of microwave and safe for those of us who are not very technically adept:) other then that, it was practically perfect in every way!

The outside of these units don't look that appealing but the place was clean, quiet and the beds/bedding were great! Looks like it was recently reno'd. Big tv in the living room, lots of channels. Kitchen was well equipped. I'd recommend this place.

Reviewer Comments: This condo is absolutely beautiful. It met our needs perfectly. I will admit that when we were unloading the car, I was a little bit concerned. The exterior of this complex is very "tired" and needs to be painted and spiffed up. But this condo was recently redecorated and very lovely with all new appliances, etc. There is a new barbeque grill on the patio, which we did use more than once. And to top it off, an awesome gas fire pit to enjoy in the evening with a nice glass of wine, while resting our tired feet. The property was described accurately. The managers were quickly responsive to the questions we had. It is within walking of Disneyland, but it is a about a 20 minute walk. We enjoyed the walk to the park, but used UBER to return in the evening, when we were tired. It was about a $10 ride from the entrance of the park to the condo. Worked out great for us, and much cheaper and more convenient than trying to park at the site. We did rent a car, and the condo was very close to grocery stores and restaurants. I would highly recommend this rental property.
