Newly renovated condo, closest walk to theme parks - pools & hot tub on-site

Check in communication was lacking.. but once there all was fine.. Cleaners didn’t do the best job.. but the place and location were perfect.

This is a beautiful condo and the location is fantastic to visit D-Land- we had our son and his wife with their 2 little girls with us- what a great place- could easily walk back- take a nap and run back for evening fun!

We really enjoyed our time and would love to come back! It was very close to Disney Land and enough space for our family. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed visiting the hot tub after a long day at the park.

Excellent location to Disney. Really comfortable beds and overall quite a spacious apartment for our family of five. We really appreciated having amenities like washing liquids and laundry detergent made available. It was a lovely peaceful area too. The only small gripe was that we arrived straight from our international flights and having travelled for 20hrs we were really hoping to check in 90 mins early if the property was ready early, but after asking the response was simply that the policy was for a 4pm check in. There didn’t seem to be any flexibility or understanding in this regard. I would’ve totally understood if the property wasn’t ready in time, but just being told “no because the policy doesn’t allow for early check ins” seemed a bit harsh. But overall this was a great place to stay and I’d highly recommend to others.

Second time we’ve stayed at this location and loved it yet again! Beds are very comfortable! Kitchen is fairly well appointed, other than no frying pan. Cute place! Totally walkable to all things Disney and is the PERFECT spot for kiddos and families to enjoy the area then come home to NOT a hotel. The patio is very cute including a bbq and sitting area!

We had a peaceful stay, there's not much noise around, and the place is a 15 min walk away from Disneyland. We had plenty of space for the 6 of us and the double sink in the master bedroom was definitely a plus. The sixth bed is under the full bed on the bunk-bed, we found out almost at the end. Definitely recommend if you are traveling to Disney or attending an event on the Convention Center.

Great place within 20 mins walk to Disney. Walking thru Disney hotel is quickest. You can also catch monorail into park from downtown Disney. Pool in apartment complex is nice. House well stocked with soap and detergent etc. No number on entrance door (even though instructions say there is)

We loved this place! It was darling, felt new and clean, great amenities, great pool, super comfy beds (the trundle wasn’t good but 3/4 were really great.) bathrooms were very nice, didn’t use the strollers and the high chair, but was a very nice touch, we would absolutely stay again, and would highly recommend

Great spot for a Disney stay. Beautiful apartment and well appointed. The little touches like enough dishwasher and laundry pods for our 6 days stay was so appreciated and so simple. It made life so easy on us during our stay. Beds were comfy, kitchen is great, access to the pool is great. Disney is a quick easy walk away. Host is very responsive and helpful.

The place made me feel like home away from home. It was clean and welcoming. But it was missing the unit number outside the door, had very hard time finding the unit. Had to walk around the whole building to make sure we were at the right location. And also would have been nice if the host made the guest (us) know there’s construction outside the home. One of the mornings they woke us up with loud banging. And a lack of instructions for going to the pool area. Other than that the place is comfortable and very peaceful. My kids had a blast at the pool.

Condo was clean and comfortable with enough room for our group of 5 (4 adults and a toddler). Having 2.5 baths was awesome, and the rain shower in the primary was amazing at the end of a long park day. Walking distance to the park is a little long, but manageable (about 30 Minutes from house to front gates), but when the monorail is running you can get dropped in Tomorrowland. We had no issues in the house, good water pressure and hot water, access to the pool and hot tub was nice, and lots of little amenities available like detergent pods, coffee, and extra strollers and a pack n play.

My husband and I surprised our children to a day at Disney. If you’ve ever been, you know how exhausting it is at the end of that day! This location was only TWO MINUTES from the park and that was so amazing. The manager of our location was amazing with his communication and timely responses. There was a point I had some concerns and he was very respectful and responsive even after i became very flustered. Thank you for your patience and understanding! The place was beautiful. We would definitely stay again.

The location and Airbnb itself was great. I had a few things I was not too happy about. One was when I arrived the garage door was open. As the only adult arriving with two children present, I felt uneasy and unsafe. The company was responsive but did not tell me why it was left open or give any information. They just said sorry and they would reach out to property management. Nothing was really done about it and no one reached out. Then when arriving the back patio sliding door was unlocked. Again, just another safety concern that I was extremely uncomfortable with, especially being on the first floor. The last concern was it took a bit to find the actual condo, however, I did arrive after dark and it was pouring rain so that is not really anyones fault. Besides those things I was very happy with my stay. Only a short walk from Disneyland, clean and tidy, comfortable beds. Just a few safety concerns that I was unhappy/uncomfortable. Overall great stay.

Instructions for finding the unit were very clear (the second parking space is a little confusing to find). The outside of the building was under repair and doesn’t look the greatest, but inside was very nice. Everything was clean and organized. A little laundry soap and coffee would’ve been nice, but otherwise everything was fine. Easy 15-20 minute walk to Disney.

Amazing place! Super easy to walk to Disneyland Comfortable beds, great kitchen Only real feedback is that finding this specific Airbnb is soooo tough. It’s not really the hosts fault- this complex could use a lot of TLC- but it took us a while to find the right location and figure out parking etc. so build that into your timeline when coming here the first time. May be helpful for the host to make a video :) But overall this is a great place! Made our Disneyland trip even better!

Comfortable place to stay and close to the parks and downtown Disney. This condo was a great value, we had groceries delivered right after checking in and were able to save time and money. The location is great, we were able to walk to and from the parks, but also enjoyed the convenience of having an easy Uber pick up and drop off.

No issues. Easy check-in and check-out, pictures are accurate. We stayed to go to Disneyland, and we walked to and from daily. The outside parking spot was not marked clearly, and never got confirmation we had the correct spot. I did park in the most logical spot, and didn't have any issues during our stay. AC works very well, almost too well :)

We absolutely loved this place! Clear instructions made it easy to find. The private garage was an added bonus we were not expecting! The condo is absolutely gorgeous and super clean. Neighborhood is quiet and perfect. Walk to Disney in minutes and is super easy. I wish they would publish the pictures of the pools at this place. The pools were a big selling point for us but we had no idea what we would be getting. The three pools are gorgeous and relaxing and literally steps from your door. The jacuzzi at the pool area if giant and to die for. Spent a lot of time in there and loved it! The man who works at the pool is VERY strict about the rules so be aware of that. You have to sign in and sign out every time and you have to know the complete address and write it down every time plus your key # and bring the key to get in and out. Back to the condo itself, can not recommend highly enough! Luxurious and professionally decorated. Three bathrooms! Free laundry and dishwasher soap. ??

We absolutely loved our stay!!! Will definitely stay here again. So close to Disneyland we came home each day for a few hours break and then could walk back for the night time fireworks and rides. Unit was beautiful and clean, looked exactly like it did in the photos. The owner definitely put a lot of thought into the furnishings and the beds were so comfortable we all slept like babies. My only issue (and this isn’t even a big one thats why I still gave it 5 stars) the hot water ran out very quickly. We are a family of five and have short showers and we ran out of hot water everyday. I did ring vacasa about this on our first day and they said someone would come and look at it, but nothing was communicated and the issue continued. We just put 2min timers on showers. This shouldn’t go against the owner though as they have a beautiful apartment that is worth the stay. We will be back thank you

We stayed with our 4 kids and it was perfect! Beautiful on the inside and a very short walk to the monorail! The couch is a futon bed so I’d say only have one person sleep on it! We brought a blow up mattress as well! We’ll definitely be staying here every time we come to Disneyland!

We absolutely love this place! Super comfortable and relaxed place to come back to after long days in the park. Easy walk to Downtown Disney entrance. Has everything you need including strollers, pack in play and a fully stocked kitchen. We booked this place last minute and it worked out perfectly. The only downside was the couch bed downstairs is a twin leather futon, not the most comfortable, but they also provided and twin air mattress we used instead. Overall this place is really great for the location, cleanliness, and value.

This place was perfect! So quiet and quaint, yet a simple hop across the street and Disneyland is at your full disposal! The local pool and hot tub is nice and the small patio is a lovely place to take a break. Decent amount of cooking gear makes it easy to bring home groceries and save on going out too much while you stay. Parking is tricky to locate, read the instructions carefully for parking access.

Thanks so much for a grand stay! Very fun place, we especially enjoyed how Quiet the neighborhood was. We never heard anyone. Never bothered. My 96yr old Grampa joined us and he loved his visit. He slept on couch, never ventured upstairs. We even cooked meals. So convenient. Grampa went to Disneyland 2 days and even went on rides! Amazing ??

You can’t beat the location and proximity to the parks. Weather was in the 90°s, and being able to walk back to the condo so that my kids could nap out of the heat was a huge plus. The condo was exactly as pictured, very clean, and appointed with everything needed for a weekend stay with kids. It was also great to have the laundry room and extra half bath on the bottom floor. Will absolutely be staying again!

The condo was really beautiful with high end fixtures and furniture. Very clean and luxurious, comfortable beds, designer touches. The apartment complex is ok, a little worn out on the exterior but quiet and orderly. Price is expensive but it made the stay very pleasant, I enjoyed returning to the condo to relax after a long day at Disneyland. Highly recommended.

This is a great location if you are wanting to walk to Disneyland. It's about a 20 minute walk which was actually shorter than when we moved our car to Disney's parking garage the last day. Very clean... Very conformable. The only issue was I couldn't find washcloths until the last day.. Spoiler alert: look in the cabinet in the wash room.

Great stay. One of my favorite Airbnb stays so far. Very clean, stylish, and roomy for 4-6 people. Super close to Disneyland, about a 15 minute walk. Nice having 2 options for parking, especially one in a garage. FYI it is through a rental company so the check in process was a little more formal but not in a bad way. Definitely would stay again!

It’s made preparing for an outing to Disney the perfect place to start and then come back to throughout the day. The patio outside is great for outdoor meals and the kitchen is fully stocked with tools and utensils to help prepare for any meals there or on the go.It was very clean throughout. That said there were only two items that we noticed which could have been a little better. First the upstairs guest bathroom shower valve did not operate as it should and needed repair since the tub faucet and shower head ran at the same time and not switched to one or the other. Also there was a boy of dust under the tv console and behind the bed in the master bedroom.

Bedrooms on top loft level and kitchen/living/patio below. 10-15 min walk to Disneyland (cut across the median during light traffic as another review noted below). Perfect spot to stay with kids. Condo is beautifully updated & very clean, & master bed was extremely comfortable. Nice to have access to the garage close to the unit, and the location is a walkable distance to the parks. Check in was easy, and nearly everything we needed was provided, with the exception of missing hand towels and hand soap in the master bath. Make sure to bring your own laundry detergent, as none is provided. We enjoyed our stay and would definately stay again!

We enjoyed our stay very much, we loved the Disney decor all over the condo. It was a bit difficult to find the condominium since it is tucked in the back and the GPS and Google maps direct you to the opposite side of the complex. I had to call turnkey for help, but other than that we were very pleased and felt totally comfortable during our stay.

It's a little tricky to locate the unit. The place is very clean, nicely renovated, well equipped. There is a high chair for babies/toddlers which was convenient. Downtown Disney is about a 20 minute walk. Great restaurants nearby. Would definitely book again when I return to OC.

This condo was in a great location, one block from the entrance to Disneyland. Two couples fit comfortably here. Kitchen has what you need to cook a meal and there’s a great outdoor patio area to eat and BBQ. Inside was clean and nicely decorated. TV’s are in both bedrooms for viewing pleasure. I would definitely stay here again!

I will be back! This was the perfect accommodation for any trip to Disney. The unit is in close proximity to the garage, pool AND DISNEY! Can't get any closer to Disney then if you stayed on sight. Complex was pleasant and quiet. Fast food conveniently in the area. The little patio was awesome! The only draw back is that the TV didn't have standard channels so we almost missed out on the Superbowl :-0 Thank goodness we could access our Hulu account! I did text the property management group a couple of times and they responded quickly.

We loved this unit! The location was prime and the unit was pristine and beautifully renovated. It definitely exceeded our expectations! The only thing I would suggest to management is that including a map showing where the parking spot, garage, and unit are within the complex would be very helpful to future guests! We arrived at night and found the directions a little hard to navigate because it wasn’t daylight out. However, I wouldn’t reduce any of my rating for that! Just a suggestion! Overall our stay was wonderful and can’t wait to stay again next time!

This place was great! It was so close to Disneyland. We walked there pushing two toddlers in strollers. It was really nice and clean. There was plenty of sleeping room. There was an extra trundle bed under the bunk bed, a pack and play and an air mattress! There was a stroller there as well. There was a Styrofoam cooler that we took to the beach and beach towels. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer and laundry detergent! The layout of the apartment is great, very functional space. We would absolutely stay here again!

it's perfect for a trip to Disney. The beds are great. The location is great. We got soaked on splash mountain at night and just walked back to the room to change (and dry my money) and then walked back to Disney. Loved the place

This condo is perfect for visiting Disney, just a quick walk across the street. It was very clean and had a wonderfully updated interior. Comfortable beds, too! The pool area was very nice as well. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come back. Thank you!

Although it’s in an older condo community, the condo itself had been extremely well updated and is very modern and comfortable. It’s a bit hard to find if you haven’t read their email (which we didn’t at first). One we realized they sent us an email with exact directions, it was a breeze to find the condo. The only tough part is the parking . They have a dedicated garage space, but we were unable to get in it because its not very wide and a truck was parked so close behind it that we couldn’t navigate the SUV into it. The other dedicated spot is a bit far from the condo. Other than that, it was an incredible find, and we hope to use it on future trips to Disney.

Awesome location for Disneyland! The area is a little rough, but we never had any issues with it and the inside of the condo is well appointed and very cute! It is a bit of a hidden gem! We’d stay there again!

Nice condo close to Disney land. (12 mins walk to be exact) The outside of the condo looks dated but this unit has gone through a very new remodel. Everything felt new and stylish. The place is well set up for kids and my daughter loved the bunk bed!

Great location directly across the street from Disneyland. My daughter enjoyed the pool in the evenings and my Son had fun on the playground. The beds were comfortable and the condo was sparkling clean.

VERY close to Disneyland, VERY nice on the inside -- nice tv's, comfy beds, nice size washer and dryer, etc. A little small, a little hard to find, but overall worth the price. Note: One weird thing -- there was no cable.... no local tv either. We weren't there to watch TV, but having a source for news/weather is always nice. A small point, but something to be aware of.

This was the perfect place for our family of 4 for a trip to Disneyland. We’ve previously stayed on the opposite side of the parks, and this location is much better. The space is very well laid out for the size, has great TVs and is very well updated. It was perfectly clean. The walk to downtown Disney is very easy - maybe 10 minutes if you walk fast - and from there we’d usually grab coffee at Starbucks and hop on the monorail, or walk another 10 minutes or so to the park entrances. Our kids are young (4 and 1), so we really appreciated the ability to walk home midday for naps and the ability to have meals at home when everyone was tired. We would stay here again without hesitation!

We selected this property because it is literally across the street from Disneyland. We were able to park the car (saving Disneyland's $25 parking fee!) and walk to the tram in less than 10 minutes. It's close enough that we returned to the condo for naps on two of the days. The condo interior is fantastic. The condo complex is older and looks a little shabby, the the condo owners more than compensated by with all new everything. The bathrooms are better than Four Seasons--the master shower has a luxurious rain head! Full-size washer/dryer were very convenient. The full kitchen is well appointed. And the beds are very comfy. We didn't use the pool because the weather was a little cold, but it looks nice and the play area for the kids was a big hit. The property is well maintained and very clean. Linens looked new. We'll ask for the same condo next time we visit Disneyland.

We had some cold nights in February, and the entrance door had small gaps around the door frame that let in the cold air at night and confused the thermostat (heater ran a little too well because of the colder temperature downstairs, which led to upstairs bedrooms getting too warm). I can't think of anything else that could be improved. Very happy with the stay and location.

Very clean; new interior renovation. Very comfortable for 2 people. Easy walk to Disney attractions. About a 20-25 minute walk to the convention center. There is a decent amount of construction work going on on other houses nearby in the plan however; some noise during the daytime.
