Snowbird-friendly home with great location near the ocean, washer/dryer, & WiFi

This place was cute, clean and convenient to both Marine Ave (shops, restaurants and balboa bars) and the ferry to Newport. Only a block from the water with a cute little beach for the kids. Would definitely recommend.

We loved the home and the entire community here in the Newport Balboa Island. Our stay went extremely well, no complaints at all. The home is great and is very up to date. Would truly recommend!

This condo is a great location - easy walk to main street on the island, to the ferry to go over to the peninsula and to the beach (even with kids)! The house had lots of beach toys which the kids really appreciated and couch was comfy for relaxing after a long day playing! The company checked in when we arrived and when I shared that the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I hoped, they were willing to send someone out right away to clean. Having a parking space was an added bonus on a busy holiday weekend!

Location was awesome! we had no issues with no ac in july and they provided 2 box fans which we just put in the windows and it kept us cool all night. August might be a different story but i'll definitely stay again next year. Communication was not great as i asked 2 questions and never got a response. We could have checked in earlier as we saw the house cleaners leave when we parked our car. House is big and clean. i highly recommend.

Very nice stay in a really lovely location. Beds were comfy and was very nice to have fans provided. Had a hiccup with one small amenity and property/owner amended immediately. Would stay again!

Very clean and comfortable. Check in process was very simple. Parking was a great plus. It was so nice to walk downtown and also be close to drive to all the beautiful beaches.

Amazing location, easy to find, perfect access to all Balboa has to offer. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. It didn’t affect us but Just be aware that Balboa Island is currently installing high bandwidth fibre so there is quite a lot of construction work ongoing on the island with road closures and heavy equipment in most areas. .

Everything was first rate. Very comfortable overall. Property management was kind and responsive to our messages. If I had one suggestion, I would say that it would be to have more soap and shampoo for a 4 night stay.

If you are looking for a place to just park your car for the trip, this is it as everything you'll need for a restful and enjoyable time away can be walked to. If you want to venture out further, the ferry can take you over to the main beach boardwalk and even more things to enjoy.

This place is super clean & has great light! We loved this location- super close to downtown in one direction, and the ferry in the other direction! Garage is fully stocked with beach chairs/toys, wagon! Plenty of space to park our car or the overnight bikes we rented! Would happily return!

This 2 bedroom condo is a great get away. We actually parked our car in the attached garage and did not move it till we left. Everything is within walking distance--shopping, eating, kayaking and jogging/walking around the 2 mile of the island. The condo was clean with a large living/dining/kitchen area. I would go back in a minute!!!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property and had a wonderful trip. Great location and makes most places walkable or rideable by bike. Will definitely be staying here again. Only complaint I would have is that beach towels weren’t provided as they had been in the past, but there was plenty of beach equipment to use in the garage.

We had a great time in the unit. It was relaxing and clean. The weather was foggy the whole time which was a bummer but we loved Balboa. We wish we had accept to the outside with a patio but its so easy to get out and about that it wasn’t a problem. We will return!

Great location, extremely clean, and comfortable beds. Has well equipped kitchen cozy space and parking. 1/2 between the main strip and the ferry and very close to trail. Will def be back. Only thing to note is there isn’t A/C, but the fans and open windows work.

Perfect Balboa Island location. Easy access to restaurants, ferry and beaches. The unit had nice upgrades and new appliances. Very clean. Close to other houses so with the windows open you can hear others but things quiet down early. Definitely recommend.

It appeared as if it had been remodeled. The appliances seemed new. The walls appeared to be recently painted. The bathroom was very clean and updated. It was in above average condition. It is a short walk to the ferry and downtown. Very nice.
