The house was warm and welcoming. It smelled like fresh lemons when we walked in. Just a 1 min walk and you are looking at the view of the ocean. Safe neighborhood. The a/c was a window unit downstairs and a portable unit upstairs. The upstairs did get really warm, but we kept the windows and balcony door open and it felt fantastic. In walking distance to main road with all the restaurants and shops you could need.

The yellow cottage was bright, sunny and very clean, in a great location between ocean and restaurant row. Secluded yet very walkable everywhere. Our only minor complaint was that no coffee was provided and, after buying it at the supermarket, we discovered the coffee maker was broken. Fortunately, owner provided a new maker later the same day. But for the price, having a bit of packaged coffee available on arrival would be a welcome touch. Also, be aware of No Parking on Monday! signs along street -- they are strictly enforced!

Our stay was perfect! Very spacious, clean and clear instructions. The walk to the beach was quick and the views were amazing. I will definitely stay here again. The host was friendly and welcoming. We were able to get into the house with no issues and it was just what we needed. Thank you!

What a fantastic location! It’s a cute older house just blocks to the beach. Communication was well done and easy to get in and check out. The beds were comfortable and the entire place tidy and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pan, utensils and all that we needed. The internet doesn’t reach well upstairs but worked well downstairs. The photos make it appear larger than the actual place but it was lovely for our purposes.
