This 900-square-foot retreat features its own private entrance and can be rented on its own or together with the beachfront lower unit (NB-420A) as NB-420AB for larger groups. Inside, the open-concept great room features comfortable beach-inspired furnishings, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and sliding glass doors leading to the balcony, creating an effortless indoor-outdoor living experience.

The kitchen includes a breakfast bar with high-top seating and ocean views, along with an adjacent dining area that seats four. Please note that the kitchen is equipped with a convection oven rather than a traditional oven, and a dishwasher is not available.

This home comfortably sleeps up to four guests in beds. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds. The full bathroom includes a walk-in shower, and premium linens are provided for your comfort.

Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi, cable, a shared washer and dryer located in the garage, and one garage parking space (right-side parking). Please note that the garage was built in the 1960s and accommodates most standard vehicles. Additional street parking may also be available.
