Location was key. We were able to walk everywhere. From the beach to shops and multiple restaurants. Family and pet friendly. The garage parking was a huge perk especially during the weekend crowds.

Love the location the unit was clean. Parking is very tight. Only usable for smaller cars excellent air conditioning and ceiling fans. Could have been better communication before check-in yet excellent communication after check-in. The king size beds were fabulous and having three full bathrooms was very helpful and the updated renovations were beautiful and very functional.Enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Balboa beach location! The three bedrooms were spacious and great for our family of six. Restaurants and the pier were only 2 minutes’ walk away. The ferry to Balboa Island was right across the street. The only drawback was the small garage (difficult to park our large SUV). We would definitely stay here again.

This apartment is located one block from the pier so couldn’t be any more central in Newport. The garage is tiny though - minivan just squeaked in. Be prepared to park elsewhere with a bigger car. The outside looks meh, but inside is very nicely updated and very clean and fresh. A great little find on the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at the place, it was 2 mins walk from the beach, that had a playground, perfect for our children. The area offers a lot of restaurants within walking distance, highly recommend.

my family and i lived incredibly comfortably for 3 nights in this spacious unit. everything was very clean and bright. check in was breezy and small essentials were included with our stay which was a big bonus! Vacasa was very attentive when we had questions and solved any issue we possibly had. wifi worked great and checkout was also a breeze. 10/10 would recommend this space to anyone else. hoping to stay again next summer.

Steps to beach; everything is nearby and walking distance; parking garage is small and not ideal for large vehicles but pier parking lot is 2 mins away. I would come again!

This home is perfect for a large family! Lots of space for everyone and the 3 bathrooms were great, especially for our 4 daughters. Very close to the beach and having the AC was perfect as it did get quite warm. Please note, it is very loud! Nothing owners can do to change that but it’s on a walkway to the beach and on the main street. People yelling, construction and cars back and forth all night.

Beautiful upgrades and spacious unit. Since the location was in a more high traffic area, it was a bit louder, kids walking around at night, a party was next door to us (it was spring break) and garbage day was early and loud, and is right under flight path for airport. But understandable based on location, and had everything we needed inside. Enjoyed the walkability (10/10) to beach, fun zone, and food locations.

Really great location. Good space for a family of five. It's a little noisy, but that comes with being right in the middle of everything so it wasn't anything to complain about -- just be aware if you are looking for quiet location due to kid (or adult) nap schedules or sensory issues.

The flat is clean and well laid out with a bathroom for each bedroom. Fun location, though a little noisy at night. Owners thoughtfully provided fans which we used to drown out the sound so the little ones could get to sleep. Overall a positive experience! The hose in the garage was super helpful for rinsing sand off after the beach.

Our family had an amazing stay! We didn't have to drive anywhere because all amenities are in walking distance. The kids enjoyed riding the bikes on the boardwalk. The beach and our go-to coffee shop were just a few steps away. We also walked to the pier which was fun for the whole family. This home was very clean and comfortable.
