Amazing place!! I went with five of my closest friends and we all felt like we had plenty of space and were right at home. It’s a beautiful house in an amazing location with tons to do. The hosts were very nice and responsive. We even forgot a couple of things in the house and they were immediately on it and kept us updated every step of the way to get our items back to us. Definitely will be coming back!

The home is spacious and comfortable. The decor is new and bright. The location is a short walk to the beach and a lovely walk along the beach. It was easy to drive to other locations. We loved San Clemente with a variety of excellent shops, restaurants and cafes. The beach area and pier were fun. We like the enclosed yard to play with our young grandchildren and there are no stairs to worry about. The traffic is noisy outside but the bedrooms are at the back and the noise didn't bother us. There isn't air conditioning but it wasn't too hot during our stay and we could open windows to enjoy the cooer air in the evenings.

Such a cute and quaint little beachy spot! Love that we could just have all the windows and doors open for the ocean breeze to blow in while we were hanging out. The decor is really fun and inviting. I always love thoughtful touches like that. It’s right by a main road that’s kinda noisy, so something to keep in mind if that’s not your vibe, but it didn’t bother us much! The location is great too, so close to the beach and other fun areas. Defintely a great spot to be in for an enjoyable stay in SoCal!

Cute getaway on Surfers Row! Stayed here for the horse shows in Rancho Mission Viejo and it was only about a 15 min drive. Easy freeway access and about a 5 min drive to downtown San Clemente. Well appointed, clean and comfy, thanks for letting us relax in your home!

Our family of four had a great stay here. It is clean, convenient location, well-stocked. Beach supply (chairs, boogie boards, sand castle toys, umbrellas) in the garage as well as the (shared) washer & dryer. We used the grill one night and it was great, and the little yard is fun for the kids to go out & play some and there is a hose to wash off sandy shoes, feet, etc. The temp in the house stayed very pleasant with windows open mornings and evenings, and there are 3 fans in closets (which we used, but mostly just for white noise overnight). The highway noise did not bother us sleeping at all. This place is walkable to San Clemente State Beach (just across the highway and through the state park campground) and it is easy drive to Dana Point (where my kids did surfing lessons) and the other beautiful coastal beaches (we love Laguna Beach area). There is a little gem of a market (Primo Market) a block or two away, and we grabbed dinner there several times. Tacos, quesadillas, tamales, chips/salsa/guacamole, etc. San Clemente is a wonderful little town pretty much equidistant from LA & San Diego (an hour from each), and we spent a day in both. I highly recommend this place as an affordable & roomy place for a family to stay!

After my last rental (in Florida) I had given up on rentals, but a family wedding made it necessary to stay here. What a pleasant surprise! It has anything and everything you might want. They’ve considered everything you might need. Highly recommend.

The property was beautiful and very comfortable for our family. The only challenge we had was operating the tv. We just weren’t familiar with how to use Apple TV. The customer service team was very responsive. A minor inconvenience and the location and home more than made up for this. The private yard was really nice for relaxing and playing corn hole.

We had a great stay at this property! Clean, thoughtfully designed, and great space to accommodate families with kids. We especially loved the outdoor space. My only two comments would be that stock of toilet paper and paper towels was low. We had to buy a couple of rolls to get through our stay. Second, there wasn’t much in the way of personalized recommendations on things to do and local restaurants. Since this property seems to be run by a third party, we received very generic responses to our questions. Other than that though, the property itself and location are a 10/10!

I only have the highest compliments and reviews for this house and the host. House was beautifully decorated, immaculate, equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook Christmas dinner for 7 people. The kitchen tableware and cookware were quality appeared new. The sheets good quality and beds were comfortable. All areas of comfort were considered. The yard clean and comfortable. We had Christmas morning breakfast on the patio table. The only areas that we had a problem with was upon our arrival, we couldn't figure out how to find the front door since we didn't realize it was behind the fence. The other problem was, we couldn't fit 7 people at the table and couldn't find leaves to extend it. But those two issues were minor and were easily resolved. I'd use Vacasa again.

We had a great time in San Clemente at this property. We have a toddler, and we had accommodations for his sleeping arrangements and also kitchen ware for him. We loved the kitchen and all the amenities and the layout of the house was great. We loved the private yard in the front as well. Great place!

This house is very clean and in a great spot. Enough beds for 6 people plus 1 futon that definitely is for a child. Backyard is great for relaxing or playing cornhole. There is no AC, which would be a nice addition. It can get humid in the house with the windows open. Overall our family enjoyed the house and location!

Completely renovated/new. Well equiped, clean and comfortable. Can be hot during the day but cooler at night and fan available in the house. Lots of place and backyard (a bit loud as close to the higway, no view). Laundry available in the garage. Beach chairs, umbrella and boards were there to borrow which was nice. Location is good for surf as close to Trestle beach (15min walk by trestle beach trail), but not best location for family or non surfing as far by walk from popular beach like T Street beach and the city (but close by car and available pay parking in the city, about 15$/day). San clemente state beach is close by walk (about 10min walk), across the highway and camping site. No dog allowed on any beach in the area.

The house was cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the location was great—about a ten minute walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the yard was cute. The house has obviously been renovated—the appliances, furnishings, and decor all seem new. The one exception was older windows that don’t always slide easily along their track. Communication with Vacasa was fantastic. They responded to text messages quite quickly. There is a washer/dryer and beach equipment in the garage, including a surfboard, beach umbrellas and chairs, boogie boards, etc. There are two available parking spots behind the unit. One note: there is no central A/C and while the weather was cool outside, the house got warm. There were fans in some of the closets, but we just kept the windows open most of the time.
