Vacasa Arizona was Great! My husband and I would totally stay there again! 2 minutes away from Downtown San Clemente by Uber. Vacasa Arizona does not have a designated parking spot but we were able to find parking either in the front of the Airbnb or right around the corner. You are able to walk to Downtown San Clemente no problem but it is pretty hilly. Thank You so much for letting us experience staying at your place. We loved it and enjoyed every minute of our stay.

You can see the ocean from the small patio. Parking space is extremely small but we were able to find free parking throughout our stay. It was in a quiet area and provided everything we needed. It did get warm at night as there are not enough windows to allow for a cross breeze.Overall, I was very satisfied.

The condo is beautifully furnished. Everything was neat and clean. The only issue I had with cleanliness was the condition of the dishwasher. The inside looked sketchy, which made me wary of touching anything in it. The location of the condo is great. You can hear the ocean waves if you stand outside at nighttime. Unfortunately, the place does not have designated parking. It is extremely difficult to find street parking in this neighborhood, regardless of the time of day. This may not be a big deal to some, but for a family with small children, it was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. While we enjoyed the unit itself, we would not return to it, solely based on the difficulty of finding a parking spot.

Everything was comfortable. Shower was nice kitchen well equipped location was perfect. Only a couple things I wasn’t satisfied with … there was a strong mildew odor throughout the kitchen towels need replacing and the floor was filthy. I would have even mopped if there was a mop available.

Great value! Incredible location; the beach and the pier are only a 60 second walk away and Avenida Del Mar is walkable in less than 10 minutes. The unit had everything we needed, looked just like the listing pictures, and was a good size for our little family of 3. Check-in was super simple and the host was very responsive. For anyone getting weary reading other reviews saying things need to be updated... it's not a high-end luxury mansion by any means, but it's a well-priced 1bedx1bath unit that's steps from the beach with a nice patio, full kitchen with all appliances, working washer/dryer, a living room, and was one of the cheapest options available for the 4 days we stayed. There are plenty of more expensive options to choose from, but for anyone looking to stay in one of the best pockets in San Clemente at a reasonable price, this one is PERFECT and provides great value. Until we have a bigger family or visit with more people, we'd definitely stay here again!

My family came together for my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary and this was the perfect house!! It’s our second time renting it because we loved it so much the first time. We love the four separate units. We love that it is a short walk to the beach, the pier, shops, a free trolley ride, and a beautiful walking trail by the beach. This home has everything we needed including a fantastic ocean view from Unit A and D, patio seating, a few beach chairs, a crock pot, and so much more. We will definitely be back for a third time!

The home had a fantastic location! It was easily within walking distance of great coffee, food, the beach and pier. If you have difficulty walking up hill than this might not be a good fit for you because it is up the hill from the beach. Having a washer and drying, double sinks in the bathroom and access to beach chairs & toys was a blessing. The home is well loved, but also well cared for. If you are looking for a quiet little beach town in California this is the place for you! Check out the San Clemente Trolley, West Toast Restaurant on the beach, downtown shops and the Farmer's market on Sunday--FUN!

Great place to stay! Walking distance to the beach and the fisherman’s restaurant at the pier. Depending on oneself, you’re also just 10-15 walking minutes from other restaurants! Or a short drive. The parking on street is a bit of a pain, but we still managed fine. Accidentally dyed a couple towels when throwing in a new dress & other clothes in the wash the night before leaving. Everything here was clean and well kept. The hot water faucet in the kitchen is difficult to get hot water from and we struggled with that some. They were quick to answer our need for supplies and the place was quiet. The only real problem, for anyone our age, is the no parking. Sometimes we had to walk farther than was comfortable for our age and conditions often up steep hill with grocery bags ugh. We survived and probably got stronger. But if you're fit, or trying to be, you will get good exercise. It was a very very pleasant week.

Place was very clean and tidy. Linens, towels, toiletries, and cleaning supplies were all provided. Parking was a little tricky since it was street-parking only but we didn't drive much anyway since the unit was in walking distance to the pier, shops, and restaurants. There was no AC, however there were ceiling fans in the common room and the bedroom which worked perfectly fine for the summer heat. The patio was nice to lounge in since it had high gates so it was completely private. The overall feel of the place was very homey, and would definitely stay here again.

Everything was as described. The place was clean and the internet worked perfectly. I didn't face any connection issues during my multiple video conferences. In general, parking wasn't a problem, except during the summer when it could get a bit challenging. Just remember that. The location's proximity to downtown is perfect. It's an easy walk to the shops, beach, and pier. The walk downhill is pleasant, but the way back is a bit steep. Considering the price and the fact that the hotels were more expensive and farther away, it's definitely worth it. I would choose to stay here again, but preferably during the off-season to avoid any parking issues. I will say they owners were very clear about the parking situation in the details but the description say “Garage Parking” which I think she be removed to avoid confusion at the start.

Well kept space with comfortable bed and adequate supply of very nice towels. Worked perfectly for us. We did not rent a car, but instead used to Uber and on days when the trolley was running, just used that to get from the pier to downtown or elsewhere, which works very nicely. It only runs on the weekends though, except in the summer the way it looks. Nice to have a washer and dryer. We would rent this space again.

Pro’s; 1) has ocean view 2) walking distance to San Clemente pier and restaurants 3) walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants 4) has 2 master bedroom suites and 3rd bedroom with full bath 5) beds/pillows/ bedding are super comfortable (not cheap) 6) kitchen well appointed Cons: 1) doesn’t have much length in driveway & garage for larger cars 2) Needs painting in some areas ( upstairs hall especially) 3) carpet in upstairs bedrooms needs replaced, very stained 4) furniture on upstairs balcony not comfortable and downstairs balcony could use 2 more comfortable chairs instead of 6 wrought iron chairs. 5) drapes in upstairs bedroom dirty and stained 6) blinds in upstairs bedroom need replaced (couldn’t put up)

Great property- better than imagined! Gorgeous view from most windows and the balcony was perfect! Everything was clean and well organized, beds were very comfortable. Two en-suites upstairs was ideal for a getaway with a friend- both were spacious and had incredible views! We didn’t want to leave!

really enjoyed this Airbnb, it was as described and the kitchen was well equipped, and there were even ice cubes ready for us in the freezer which we really appreciated, would've loved to have an airfryer (hint, hint ??) only complaint was parking was tricky, so it took us about 30 minutes to find a spot close enough to unload our car, once we found a spot we left our car parked the duration of our stay and used Uber because we were afraid to lose our parking space. other than the parking issue. our stay was very nice, relaxing and enjoyable. ????????

I rented the week for my sister and great niece. It is adorable and a perfect location. They had everything they needed. I only have 2 recommendations. When we arrived the shower curtain was on the floor and damp, I have would recommend a different rod. Also the lock box was rusty and difficult to open and close. Recommend replacing. This rental is very comfortable. It has most amenities for cooking one might need. The private patio has a limited view of the beach. Parking is easy once you figure out San Clemente's streets. This is one of four different Vacasa rentals we have stayed in and we have been happy with them all. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my family and friends. It's close to the beach. The walk down to the beach is easy. The walk up is a little more challenging. The owner happened to be staying next door and showed us Monterey A. It's larger and gorgeous. I felt even more comfortable staying here after visiting with him.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. We stayed for 2 weeks and never really had a problem with parking. Occasionally, particularly at weekends, you just need to be prepared to walk a few blocks. There are two restaurants (Fishermans and Pierside) close by along with a coffee shop, creperie cafe and the beach. Great for a couple.

That's why I've called it a "little bungalow". Having said that, the owners have created a lovely environment, given the footprint. Beautiful neighborhood, very close to the beach and the shops on Del Mar. Perfect for one or two people who don't require a lot of extra room.

I was surprised how close we were from the beach. Its walking distance and so few restaurants and coffee shop where you can grab and go to enjoy eating/drinking with a view. You can also sit at the restaurant and enjoy their service with the view. The house was clean, really good communication, and comfortable. Wifi was strong so I had no problem with work. The house comes with very clean bed and kitchen. They have a patio you can enjoy as well. If you have little ones, they have beach stuff to use. I’d go here again! The only uncomfortable thing is parking.

Great location, beautifully ( recently) decorated apartment with all modern amenities. Lovely outdoor sitting area. Quiet and private, I highly recommend this apartment. Only downside is a lack of a dedicated parking space and this can be an issue especially on weekends. But overall, a great apartment in a great location and I highly recommend staying here when in San Clemente.

This condo was wonderful. It is located on a small one-way street that leads to the beach and has two balconys. It is a short walk to the beach and the San Clemente pier. It was clean and fully equipped and perfect for my expanding family. All bedrooms are large with full to king sized beds. We needed one more room so we rented the Unit B as well which was right next door. We had the most wonderful vacation. The weather in October was still warm and we spent our days on the beach, eating lunch on the pier and walking around downtown. We look forward to going back!

Great 1 bedroom apartment close to pier and beach. It does sit up on a hill, so while walking down to beach is easy, walking back up is not so much fun, but definitely manageable. Be prepared to park on the street, at times, blocks away. Walking distance to downtown area is manageable. The sleeper sofa is good for kids, but I would imagine it to be uncomfortable for two adults to sleep on. Although there is plenty of seating space, they all lack comfort if planning to stay in for a family movie night. There is also no TV in the master bedroom, which wasn’t a huge issue for us, it’s just something that a lot of people are used to. Lots of amenities for cooking our own meals which was nice. We are planning to return but are looking to rent one of the bigger,l units connected to this one.

We had never been to San Clemente and needed a serious get away from the Phoenix heat. This place was just the right size for our family of 4. Even though it was small it felt big with the very private patio in the back BBC and then a bbq that we could easily use in the front. They had a lot of amenities for the beach which is VERY helpful. Having a wagon to lug all our beach equipment is very necessary and much appreciated because the hill is steep. The neighborhood is quiet and has a very European feel. Great shopping and unique restaurants on Via Del Mar. I do wish that the condo had more place settings and silverware we had to get paper products because they only had enough for two meals also would love one very large plastic or ceramic platter to put bbq food on etc...

This is the perfect place for one person or a couple. We stayed with 2 kiddos and it worked because our kids are young. I think with older kids the place may be too small. It’s a short (yet steep) walk to the beach and beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, and a wagon were available to borrow, which came in clutch for us. The place was clean and check in was super easy! I recommend this place for anyone that wants a quiet, comfortable stay at the beach!

LOCATION! The very short walk to the beach is steep indeed, so keep that in mind. This place is exactly as advertised. Was definitely a lil hot with no AC, I should have used the provided box fan the first night of my stay!! Had everything I needed and such an amazing location. Nieghbor’s above are SUPER loud, as others have mentioned, if you have people above you during your stay you will probably hear them. Area is nice with so many surfers heading down to the beach to catch some waves, you’ll probably hear others having a good time out on their balconies late-ish into the night, didn’t bother me but heads up. Coffee/restaurants/Neighborhood convenience store very close by. Price was fair for high season and I didn’t feel gouged as I see some other rentals/hotels trying to make up for lost wages due to the shut down. I’d definitely book again!

The beach is within walking distance and the quaint town area offers much to do. The only draw back we found was one palm tree at the second floor balcony blocked what would be a “ perfect “ view of the coastline. We just looked around it :). It’s a great spot, just a block from the pier and beach. The suite was appointed very well, updated and very clean. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to Covid-19 crisis, but Vacasa worked with us and gave us a credit against a future stay. I was very impressed with their professionalism in the unusual time. One complaint, the wifi only worked for text messages, we could not connect to the internet, so our access to emails and personal financial information was nonexistent. This should be checked.

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at San Clemente - Monterey C in late February, 2020. The location was perfect! Just 300 yards from the ocean and a short distance to fantastic shopping and dining. The unit was spotless. All linens, towels, and sheets were very clean and overall, the unit was very well maintained. On our 3rd day we had the pleasure of meeting the owners. They were in town for an extended weekend doing maintenance on Unit-B. The owners were also aware of a review left by another guest in early February regarding the ‘soft mattress’ in the MBR, which was also being replaced the week of our stay. The owners are very mindful about ensuring their guest’s comfort and upkeep of the units, and Vacasa’s housekeeping staff is very diligent about cleanliness. Overall our experience was exceptional and we would not hesitate to book this unit again.

Needs a bathroom waste basket in master bath & all the games are missing major pieces. Only salt & pepper available if you're going to cook or need sugar w coffee. Stair railings to upstairs bedrooms are too wide (not code) for small children. Fortunately our 2 yr old grandson is very adept at climbing. That said, it's fantastic and we'll rent there again without hesitating.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was as pictured - it was a little warm during our stay but there were fans and we kept the window treatments closed to help keep it cool. We and the grand kids especially enjoyed the enclosed patio. Great place for meals and for the kids to burn some energy is a safe place. Just a heads up there is a little walk up about 6 steps and past 2 other units to get to the unit. It did not bother us but if someone has mobility issues be sure to have help in the loading and unloading process. Would rent again.

A true beach house

We love this property and hope to come back. Walked to the beachfront for coffee at Bear Coast every morning. Beach house was immaculately clean (except the patio area), freshly decorated with a beach theme and well stocked with everything we needed. Only three slight issues -- as explained before we rented, there is no dedicated parking spot. Even though we were able to find a spot along a nearby street every evening, it was inconvenient and a little stressful finding the spot. Also, the washing machine was broken. We did notice it until check out when we put towels in as requested, but I'm glad that we did not plan to use it during the week. And finally the patio area was not clean. In spite of those issues, we still had a relaxing week in a fun neighborhood and we loved the proximity to the beach.

Has everything you could need in it! My one point of feedback is that the beach chairs are beaten up almost to the point that they can't be used. Amazing view and a wonderful ocean breeze. Hearing the waves break at night and in the morning when it's quiet is so relaxing. The home is definitely stocked with what you would need on a daily basis. We walked to the beach multiple days, had breakfast at the restaurant on the pier - a nice selection of places to eat and gelato for dessert. The walk back from the beach is not for the faint of heart. It's a heck of a hill but it's worth every step. A very fun area to stay in. The house was clean and very comfortable. This was our second time staying in this complex, different unit last time. My only suggestion would be that the cleaners mop the floor. It's swept and probably dusted but our feet were dirty just from walking inside the house. Probably a lost cause for an awesome vacation home which is rented non-stop!

Very close to the ocean with a beautiful view. Lots of fun things to do. Shopping,walks on the beach and pier, good food, even a side trip to Catalina for the day. I had a question about the closet door and called Elise. I really appreciated the fact that she returned my call within minutes. The perfect No Stress vacation! I will definitely be back soon!

The house was in a perfect location. The views were amazing. We were able to lay in bed and watch the sunset. It is very spacious and has great ocean views from all the rooms. Even when you eat breakfast in the dining room you can see the Ocean. The house had plenty of towels, beach towels, kitchen utensil and everything you need to cook. There are also beach toys, kids strollers, wagons, beach chairs, and umbrellas. The house was very clean the only thing I would recommend is to wash the rugs in the kitchen they were very dirty. Also I would recommend putting a rug on the top balcony some it was really uncomfortable standing there barefoot. The kitchen was updated and very well maintained, the bedrooms were clean with comfortable beds, a great pullout couch in one of the bedrooms and plenty of closet space. I would say that the bathrooms were a bit outdated but that didn’t really bother us. San Clemente is a great little town. The shops and restaurants are walking distance. You have a Starbucks and great restaurants near by. There is a local grocery store and CVS. If your looking for things to do San Diego and LA are both an hour away. Temecula has some beautiful wineries and the old town is really nice. I recommend the restaurant the goat and the vine, best pizza we ever ate. Temecula is only and hour away as well. Palm Springs is also a great place to visit which you can get a resort day pass and spend the day by the pool. We had a great time

Very clean and quiet. Beach walks and sunsets on the pier every day! All of San Clemente is very hilly so be prepared! Parking after 5 is free in areas with meters and public parking lot near by. We were able to park close by most nights in our March stay. My husband enjoyed being 10 minutes from a public golf course with reasonable rates.

This house is ideal for a girls weekend with three bathrooms, three bedrooms, 2 decks and a great kitchen. The location is ideal for walking around the shops or going down to the beach. The street was quiet so it felt like you could step away from being a tourist. And, the upper deck was where we spent most of our time as it provided killer views of the ocean, beach and the sunset. The only suggestion I would make is to have binoculars available as the water was very active with marine life, different boats, parasailing and surfers. I would definitely rent this place again.

If you are looking for a private place for your small family, this is the place! We couldn’t stop talking about how great this place was. A very close walk to the beach and local restaurants. Everything was super clean, organized, and comfortable. Had small amenities like a pack and play, and high chair for small children. Parking kind of sucks, but only if you’re lazy like me. Everything else was perfect.

I’d give Beachside 5 stars on their customer service alone, not to mention how nice their condo is. (I actually ended up staying in Condo D at my request, and Beachside’s awesome customer service made that happen with no problem.) We really liked the location, completely quiet street and neighbors. The location is ideal. Just two short blocks (down a fairly steep hill) to the pier, the 4 mile San Clemente Beach trail (which connects to another 2-3 mile stretch of trails in the Sea Summit development with amazing views). It is reallly nice to get enough paper towels, TP, and cleaning supplies to begin with. The small assortment of condiments in the cupboard is also nice to have.

Good central location for T street, Califia, and Doheny. I played hockey with a lot of French Canadian hockey players and it was great to hear her accent! Amenities were very good. This might sound crazy but for me the best thing about Monterey C is the shower pressure.
