This is our second time staying with Vacasa and I simply could not recommend them enough. We booked this place for our engagement weekend and it was beautiful and perfect. The location is seriously just phenomenal. The beach is a 1 minute walk, it’s surrounded by amazing restaurants and shops and it was so clean and cozy! We had an issue with the air conditioning and Vacasa was responsive, quick and helpful. I had such a positive experience last summer with another location and actively sought them out again this summer and will continue to use them annually for that exact reason! Chefs kiss all around :)

Just get there park your car and forget about it, everything is walking distance that you don't need to worried about driving the whole time you are there. The beach is less than 7 minutes walk, good place with everything that you need, we will stay here again.

Very close to the beach! The weekend was busy (we were there after 4th of July) but still quiet. The beach was busy but again, walkable with our dog and not too noisy. It was our first time in San Clemente but we’ll definitely be back! Loved the area. It’s so laid back. And the condo is in a perfect location. We also brought our bikes and loved the trails!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It is a close walk to the beach and nearby restaurants! It a smaller town but has a lot of charm and is very safe! One thing I would suggest is to have some throw blankets in the place because it tended to get chilly at nights/early evenings!

The location and view were my favorite part of this property. While the interior does need a bit of updating, all of the basic needs were there. Enjoyed walking to the restaurants and pier and felt safe while walking around. I would vacation here again.

It was a perfect sized place for two people. It was two blocks from the beach, a short easy walk. The parking is challenging for anything other than a small to mid size vehicle. The couch wasn’t super comfortable so used as a bed it would be a challenge which is why I said it’s a good place for just two. But we would stay here again!

Great place! The apartment had a large balcony with ocean view. We were able to close the patio area off, so our dog could use the space. There is a great beach trail to walk and various types of restaurants within walking distance for: breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, gelato. Plan to stay here again!

This condo was super clean and nice! The view of the ocean from the balcony is beautiful and the location is great. So close to the pier, beach, coffee and good food. This condo is definitely old, the floors are very creaky and the heater did not work very well. We were very cold the first night. It was a chilly weekend in San Clemente with lows in the 40’s, but Vacasa was super responsive and stopped by early the next morning with extra blankets and a space heater. The garage and parking spot is a huge bonus and made staying with my family super easy.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is unbeatable - walk to the beach, pier, restaurants on the beach and easy walk 10 minutes to downtown restaurants and shopping! The place itself is older but the decor and cleanliness was very good! We felt right at home and Vacasa was able to assist quickly with anything that was needed. We hope to stay again next time we are in San Clemente! Thank you!

The location was great! Just a three minute walk to the pier and the fisherman’s bar and grill! You can hear the ocean at night as you are falling asleep like a lullaby. The condo is very clean and has everything you will need for your stay. There is an AC unit in the living room, ceiling fans, and they have supplied oscillating fans if you should need them. We were quite comfortable and would stay here again.

Overall, this was an amazing place to stay! My wife and I found this place to spend our honeymoon at and it couldn’t have been better. The room was a tad warm, but the owner had installed a window Air Conditioning unit which made the world of difference during the day. The location of this place was definitely one of the best parts about this place. The location is about a quarter mile from the beach and there is a pizza place and a little convenience store all within a short walk from the condo. The only con I would say (depending on whether or not you watch TV in bed) is that there is no TV in the bedroom, but there is a very nice Smart TV in the living room. Overall my wife and I couldn’t have chose a better little place to stay on our honeymoon!
