Property offers many benefits, particularly it’s location is both walking distance to the beach and to the main street in town. The bedrooms are large and the bathrooms modern, the kitchen is well equipped, and the family lounge upstairs is very large and comfortable.The management company was terrific and responded promptly to any concern we had, which were few. My family would definitely return to the property in the future.

Fabulous townhome with walking distance to shops, restaurant and beaches. Super easy to walk down the hill to the pier and beaches, and when we didn't feel like walking back up the hill, the trolley had a stop right out in front of the townhome on Del Mar. Spacious and clean home, had everything we needed, beds were super comfortable, kitchen well stocked, great grill to use too. Parking is spacious, one car garage but spaces in driveway for two more cars if needed. We only had one car. I would stay here again many times over.

Stayed with friends for a long weekend and wedding celebration. The home is comfortable and quiet, in an incredibly walkable area. The home is stocked with beach gear, and we took advantage of the quick walk to the beach daily. The kitchen had the essentials for preparing meals and it felt like being home. Highly recommended for groups or families looking for a quiet community in which to relax and explore.

The home was very comfortable and close to the SC beach and pier with many restaurants and shopping to walk to. The four of us had plenty of space to spread out and relax or work due to the living space upstairs. I would highly recommend.

Awesome location withing walking distance to the main restaurant street and a little under 10 minutes walk to the beach and the pier. The local city bus stops right by the house. The house is on the smaller side but provides all amendities that you need. Everything was super clean and the kitchen was well equipped with all kinds of utensils. There's even a baby chair, a baby play yard and beach items like boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas. Perfect size for a group of 6 or less. With a little squeeze you might be able to make 8 people work. Only thing I would change is the 10AM checkout time.

This was the perfect place for our extended family's visit to San Clemente. The rooms were comfy and quiet, and the apartment had everything we needed. We could easily walk to the pier or to the shops for coffee, and stroll up the block for ice cream in the evening. Parking was easy too. Thanks for making our stay such a pleasure.

The location was absolutely perfect! Right on the main strip just a few blocks from the pier and the beach. The beds were super comfy and we loved all the beach gear they had for our use. If there was one suggestion, it would be to improve the internet service. The signal was particularly weak in some rooms and the porch. Overall, I would look forward to staying here again!

Our 2nd year staying at this rental. We love the location in the heart of the town. 5 minute walk to beach or shops. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. We also really enjoy the outdoor patio space. Bonus that it has parking for 3 vehicles if needed. I would highly recommend.

The condo was in a great location- just a short 10 minute or so walk to the beach downhill. Located across from the local library, art studio and at the end of old downtown. Parking was easy, the only trick was the house is located at a 4 way stop so backing in was not an option unless it was not busy. But otherwise, we felt safe the entire week we stayed. The tv's were a little confusing but we opted not to watch them after a while so that was fine. Outlets to shop were less than 10 mins away and grocery shopping is the same. Great place to stay!

Nice place... EXCELLENT LOCATION. This house is in the mix of all of the activity in San Clemente, in a good way. Right on Ave Del Mar, you can walk up to the shops just a few minutes away and shop/dine... or you can walk just a few minutes down to the beach! No more than a 7 minute walk either way takes you to the pier on the beach or up Ave Del Mar. If you don't want to walk, it's even better because the trolly picks up and drops off RIGHT in front of the house. Literally can't get a better location. People watching from the patio is great. Parking is a big deal, so having a 1 car garage AND enough driveway to park two more cars is a game-changer. We used the garage for our electric bikes and parked a full sized F250 and an SUV in the driveway in front of the garage. House was clean, no issues... a little strange that the living room is upstairs but honestly we did not even use it since we were out of the house most of the time so the living room is really like an extra bedroom. Kitchen downstairs and dining area/patio were great for cooking and hanging out.

Fantastic 3BR place with excellent accessibility to the San Clemente pier and the downtown shops and restaurants. The place was immaculate, the beach chairs, umbrellas and toys were in excellent condition and, when we needed to contact the hosts, the Vacasa team was right on the spot. Highly recommended!

We were two families who came to the area for our daughter’s softball all star tournament. This location is right downtown, close to the beach, cute shops, restaurants and cafes. The place was perfect for us. The 2 couples had separation with the main bedroom being downstairs and the rest upstairs along with the living room and tv. It was perfect!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit had great space. The layout was a little odd, but the location more than made up for it. Everything was very clean. There was not a lot in the kitchen, so be sure to bring anything you really need with you, but you cannot beat the location. It also has plenty of parking, which is a HUGE plus! We loved it and would definitely stay again!

Loved the layout of the home with outdoor patio & table located on the corner to sit out for meals & people watching. The bedroom layout was great with 1 king bedroom & bath downstairs with kitchen, dining, laundry, & patio. Upstairs is a great family room, another table, another King bedroom, huge bathroom area & a queen bedroom with small balcony off of that.

This Airbnb is perfect. We loved our stay here. This location is fantastic - walk directly to the best coffee, restaurants, and bars in San Clemente and also a short walk down to the beach. The Airbnb itself was really great too, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, nice kitchen. It was exactly what we needed for a great weekend vacation in San Clemente!

The house is in the perfect location, walk in distance to both the beach (pier) and the village. We pretty much did not use our car the whole weekend. They also have everything to go to the beach (chairs, umbrella, toys..) no need to bring anything. We had a great stay and will definitely go back.

What a fabulous location, walking distance downhill to the beach, walking distance uphill to shops and restaurants... 3 parking spaces on property and great off street parking on the side street adjacent to the house. The house itself has the family/living space upstairs... and the kitchen/dining downstairs... and one of the King beds downstairs and a king and a full upstairs... was perfect for the 3 couples that came in town for a friends wedding ... held at LInda Park, just down the street. Again, location, location, location and it was clean, well supplied and beach chairs and boogie boards and cooler with wheels...they didn't miss a thing... thank you.

The house was very roomy and comfortable for our family. The location is incredible for the free shuttle. You can just walking to the beach or to the main strip for restaurants or ice cream. Everything was wonderful. 3 of the 7 had to work…plenty of space for conference calls. Comfortable beds that accommodated 3 men from 6’3”-6’5”. Space well planned out for various seating options. Great location, great place - would stay here again in a heartbeat! Easy, >5 min walk to all the shops and restaurants on Del Mar and, in the other direction, to Casa Romantica. And only a few minutes more to the beach. The condo is set up beautifully AND practically. The layout is great, lots of privacy for the various people in your party. All the rooms are very comfortable and pleasant, with lots of nice touches.

Everything about this property is perfect! The location, decor, amenities, ease of check…everything! Our family loves San Clemente and this house was walking distance to all of our favorite restaurants, the beach and the pier. There is nothing like a San Clemente sunset?? The bedrooms are all very comfortable and well decorated. The family room with pull our sofa was a great place to gather and the fireplace was so nice for the cool Southern California fall evenings. We had 6 people in our party, 4 adults and 2 teens and there was plenty of space to spread out. Ten out of ten….We highly recommend this property for your San Clemente vacation!

We were in town for a wedding that was at casa romantic which is walking distance from the house. This house was walking distance from pretty much everything we needed which was perfect! We did not ride the trolley transit system but there is a stop right out front. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean! There is 3 parking spaces in case you are driving in. We had two cars in our party so that was wonderful. Many homes in so cal don’t have air conditioning but this one did, along with fans if needed! We just kept the windows opened and enjoyed the fresh air. The communication this Vacasa was always clear and quick. They made the process stress free. My only feedback would be that the host have lots of extra bath towels available and extra pillows/ blankets. I didn’t see any if they were available. We would absolutely stay here again :).

This location was absolutely perfect. The unit is situated in between so many restaurants and stores on one end and a beautiful walk to the beach on the other end. Everything is within walking distance. There’s a trolley that runs right outside the unit making this such a convenient location. There is a lot of people coming and going, walking and biking down the streets and driving by but it was not overly congested or overly loud. The unit was clean, open and airy. The unit look just like the pictures we saw. San Clemente is a perfect location. It is in between Los Angeles and San Diego which is about an hour to either city. Easy access to the freeway and also to Pacific Ocean Highway to take a beautiful drive up the coast. The locals we encountered were friendly and welcoming. You will definitely enjoy your stay in the unit and in the city of San Clemente.

We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s and the two things I look for and that set the great ones apart from the rest are if they’re clean and updated. This San Clemente home is both. The home is immaculately maintained, has fresh white bedding and towels, and everything you need for a comfortable, fun stay is included. Everything about the check in and check out process was easy. The location is perfect—an easy walk down to the beach, the trolley drops off right in front of the house, and it’s close to all the shops and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here!

Overall the home was great! We had a party of 8 and the layout worked well for us. Adults stayed out on the patio and the kids had their own area upstairs in the loft. Much roomier in person than the photos looked. We brought two small fans which helped in the kitchen. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards available for use. Walking distance to the beach was a bonus. One or two more rolls of toilet paper would have been nice since we were sharing one last roll on our last night. The photos actually matched the home itself and we would definitely stay again. Thank you!

This is a very nice property. It was very clean and it looks exactly like the photos. The location is close to beach and shopping. dining. It's by a four-way stop sign, so beware of loud trucks and motorcycle engines coming and going. It helps to shut the windows to block out the traffic noise. I would stay here again. Thank you

This is a lovely home in a fantastic location. It was sparkling clean, with high end kitchen and laundry appliances. We were in the area for our son’s wedding and appreciated the extra hangers, laundry and ironing board as well as space to spread out in the house. We didn’t get to use the BBQ or any of the several TVs as we were so busy. It’s an easy walk down the hill to the pier and beach trail and lots of shops and restaurant nearby. We appreciated having a garage for our car and learned that backing in really helped when pulling out of the driveway. We were very happy with our choice to stay here.

I live nearby in Laguna Niguel so I'm familiar with San Clemente. This place was right on the main street easy walking to many great restaurants but not too busy with foot/car traffic. Also, a quick walk down to the beach and pier. The layout was 'funky functional' in my parlance. Nice private big bedroom downstairs along with a row of dining room, kitchen, laundry, leading out to the patio next to the driveway. Upstairs was a great spacious living area and generous 2 bedrooms. Everything was just right and good parking available for several cars. The latch to the front gate is high on the right side which might be hard to find in the dark. Would definitely recommend this place to a small family or 2/3 couples !

What a joy it was to park our car and not have to drive anywhere upon arrival! Walk to beach ? Walk to dinner ? Walk to shopping ? Walk to grocery store ? Walk to Coastal Trail as warmup for my morning run ? The house supply of boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and towels made trips to the beach that much more perfect. The property manager, Elise, was quite lovely and helpful. I greatly appreciated her thorough communication and attention to house details, including cleanliness. Highly recommend!

This house was everything I was hoping for and more. The location is perhaps the best part. It is a very easy 7 minute walk to the beach and pier and even less than that to all the shops along Del Mar. I woke up every morning and walked the 1 minute to Cafe Mimosa to grab a cup of coffee before I strolled down to the Bach and back. Check in was very easy with the electronic keypad. Upon entering the house we were very pleased with its homey feel and cleanliness. Each room felt like hotel quality cleanliness and the bathrooms the same. Each room in the house had laminated instructions for various technology and labels affixed to switches and remotes that made it very easy to use. We were a little concerned with the house not having A/C but it was perfect, even chilly at time, with all the windows open and fans on. Each room came with a box fan that helped add extra cooling to the rooms at night and also drowned out any noise that might be heard from the street. The beach toys and accommodations were great. They were clean and in good condition. Overall, I’d recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in San Clemente. It’s perfect for large groups and even smaller one that wish for extra space. We were very satisfied with our experience and hope to come back again.

The condo was very clean and had all of the amenities listed on the description. It was an excellent location to both the beach and the main areas of San Clemente with tons of restaurants and cute shops. We greatly appreciated all of the extra beach amenities that were in the garage! The beds were also very comfortable which you don't always have in a rental. We will definitely be back for another visit.

Checking in was a breeze with keyless entry. Walking distance to EVERYTHING!!! Beach, shops, restaurants, anything you could want to do in town is right outside the door. We had two couples in our group so each got our own floor with the most comfortable king beds and private bathrooms. Only thing I would change would be to stay longer!

This place is a gem! The townhome was decorated well, it was super clean, linens were great, the beds were amazing. Everything was easily accessible and it was comfortable. I can’t wait to go back!

The home was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for a large family. Bed were comfortable. Plenty of pillows and towels. Short walk to the beach. Garage parking with wagon, chairs, sand toys, cooler, and paddle board to take to the beach. Fully stocked kitchen. High chair. My family enjoyed all the board games and living area to hang out. Library and other places close to walk to. Farmers markets across the street Saturday morning. We couldn’t have asked for a better place.

My family and I loved staying here — both the townhouse and San Clemente. The home was cozy, stylish, and very convenient. We especially loved how close it was to the beach and the shops/restaurants. The rooms and beds were comfortable, and the living room was a great space to spend time together. The garage was stocked with many things to meet beach needs. All around, a really great place to stay in a really great place to visit.

We really enjoyed our time here! The location was great ..... literally few steps away from restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, etc. Beach was less than a 10 minute walk. We literally went twice a day. The house was clean and updated. Nothing was broken. They had all the amenities ready for our use. The house was spacious, great for big families . I would definitely come back again!

Great house close to the beach. Stayed there with my husband and 3 children and it was perfect! Had all the beach equipment there. Parking was easy. Beds were super comfortable. Will definitely rent again!

The location was perfect! Literally across the street from the Sunday farmers market. On the trolley line, easy walk, 900 steps, to the pier. The upstairs family room is amazing - the lighting, the table for amazing meals. All amenities there with well stocked kitchen (I'm a big time cook and was thrilled with their supplies). Also great options for items to take to the beach. Will return! No hesitation.

Great location to walk to the beach and also the shops on Del Mar. We could make it to the pier in about 7 minutes and the shops in about 2 minutes. Enjoyed the umbrellas, surf board, and body boards that were available to use. Lots of nice towels for the house and the beach. Provided dishwasher and laundry soap. Met the owner briefly and was very nice. Didn’t need to ask for anything but I’m sure he would have been helpful. Great vacation. I’ll stay there again if I’m back in San Clemente.

Initially I was worried about the vicinity to the beach. From the map it looks like a long walk, but it’s not bad at all... even with kids. It’s also close to numerous shops and restaurants. Parking was amazing. I thought “surely the garage will be off limits”, but it wasn’t! Single garage plus a driveway long enough for two more vehicles. The garage also had a few unexpected treats, like boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. The TVs have a wide selection of things to watch. On the upstairs TV in the living room the kids watched Netflix, YouTube, etc. The kitchen was wide and could fit many people at once. The kitchen led to the porch which had a grill, a table and chairs. It was a calm area where we could sit and enjoy the morning breeze, play games or just talk. The home was set up very well. The solid wood doors throughout the house really help isolate the noise between rooms. Very helpful when the baby was trying to sleep and the rest of us were up and chatting. 10/10 would stay again.

We loved this rental! It was clean and was updated throughout. We were able to have the whole family together and we still had our own spaces. They had a great selection of beach chairs and sand toys with a cart to haul everything to the beach. The neighborhood is wonderful and it was awesome having the trolly stop right infringement of the house!

What a great property this was. About a 3 block walk to the beach. So very close to everything....eating, bars, shops. Very cute town. We were lucky enough to go on Memorial weekend and literally across the street was a craft and food fair on Sat. as well as farmers market on Sunday. The house was nice and clean. There were beach toys along with a surf board and some body boards and other beach amenities that added to this property. And the town of San Clemente was just awesome. So clean and friendly. We just loved our stay! Would highly recommend the property.

The home was exactly as described! It was very clean (a plus), had all the amenities we needed. very detailed in how to us tv’s for example and everything was labeled nicely. The beds were also comfortable! The location was perfectly located walking distance to the beach and the downtown area where all the shops and restaurants are. A great stay and getaway for four ladies!

This spot is absolutely perfect! It has everything you need for a great getaway and it is sparkling clean! The beds are very comfortable, the family room is cozy with the fireplace, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking, there's a nice big barbecue, sand toys, beach chairs and even a wagon to cart your stuff down to the beach. We loved every bit of our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo!! It is newly updated and the finishes/updates/amenities are lovely. We loved that they provided a lot of beach gear, so we didn’t have to bring our own, and that there’s even a wagon to carry it all on the long journey (2 blocks) to the beach. No air-conditioning but you don’t need it with the fans on and the windows open. This place was very clean and the location is perfect! We walked to everything we wanted to do in San Clemente. We would definitely recommend this house and would gladly stay there again!

Our favorite things about this property are the proximity to the beach, the patio with a grill on the front of the home, the Master Bedroom downstairs, and the separate family room upstairs. The washer and dryer was so convenient! It was very clean inside. The amenities were all terrific! We'd love to stay here again!!! plan to come back for sure. Wonderful family vacation!

I don't even know where to begin! This home and Beachside deserve more than 5 stars. Our family has never been happier with an Airbnb home. The house was sparkling clean, decorated perfectly, all the essentials to make it feel like home without feeling too much like someone's home, protective mattress and box spring covers, comfy linens, towels and all the extras for a great beach day! The house manual was so detailed and necessary items labeled throughout the home left no unanswered questions! I told my husband we are only staying at homes managed by Beachside now! Their customer service and attention to detail are on another level!
