House spectacular, 5 bedrooms with en-suites for 5 couples…hard to find that combo and this one is great. A couple of hiccups with the door lock and some garbage left over from previous guests but nothing we couldn’t overcome. Great property with excellent communication from ACME when needed. Audrey’s on Park was truly one of the most perfect homes we’ve ever stayed in. The beds were incredibly comfortable—comparable to a five-star hotel—and the pool area, along with the lounge chairs, was absolutely perfect for relaxing.The house was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the Audrey Hepburn coffee mugs—they were such a charming and unique touch.Everything about our experience was easy and seamless from start to finish. The location is also ideal—close to downtown Palm Springs, yet still peaceful and private.We would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again!

The house was so quiet and private. Extremely clean. Comfortable furniture and great beds and linens. We stayed here with two families - 4 adults and 5 kids so we loved how each room had its own bathroom. Kitchen was well appointed. Pool was beautiful and clean. Everything was as listed and we enjoyed our stay. We will be back.

Private Luxury!

My guests and I were overwhelmed with Audrey on Park! During our stay every amenity we needed was in the home. The walls of glass provided amazing views of the pool and the mountains - best mountain views we have every seen in Palm Springs. There were multiple outdoor areas to relax and enjoy the beautiful spaces in complete privacy. The kitchen accomodated all of us very nicely especially the chef in our group. The living and dining areas were also spacious and handsomely decorated. Everyone enjoyed their oh so comfortable bedrooms which had access to the outdoors, and all of the updated bathrooms were gorgeous. The entire compound is walled and gated, so we drove right in, the gate closed, and we were inside our own slice of heaven. Walking around the neighborhood was pleasant and felt very safe. It was a short 5 minute drive to downtown, and some of our group walked it. We all agreed that we will be back to enjoy more stays at Audrey on Park.

Stunning Views & Great Space!

The house offers some amazing views of the mountains, and so close to downtown! The interior space offers a great common area for everyone to gather, especially at the 2 islands in the kitchen! The fact that each bedroom has it's own full bath was amazing for all of us! The exterior space couldn't have been better, with a dining table, multiple fire pits, and a beautiful pool and spa to relax in. The privacy was perfect!

Perfect location!

We absolutely loved our time at the property! Perfect location! Straight down the road from The Thompson Resort, puts you right in the middle of downtown - yet out of all the hustle by about 1.5 miles. We loved the privacy at the property, the pool area, and every thing it offers inside and out.

A Palm Springs must have

Superior location, beautiful property and easy living in a really nice neighborhood. Loads of privacy with great landscaping and inviting pool with a waterfall. Every room has a private en-suite bath and patio. This is the way to go if you want the ultimate Palm Springs experience. Plenty of room with comfortable beds for everyone.
