Perched near Palm Canyon Drive (the main artery between Palm Springs and La Quinta) affords quick access to groceries, shopping, dining, golfing, and Palm Springs International airport. This South Palm Springs location will be ideal for anything from a day of golfing and hiking along pristine trails to heading into downtown and experiencing the vibrant local shops that this city is known for. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable.
