You'll be able to walk to Palm Canyon Drive (half a mile west) and its many acclaimed restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, theaters, and bars, as well as the public tennis courts at Ruth Hardy Park (three-quarters of a mile south). If you're a golfer, take your pick from more than 100 world-class golf courses in the area; if you're a hiker, spend a day exploring the gorgeous desert landscapes of Tahquitz Canyon (three miles south) and Indian Canyons (six miles south).THINGS TO KNOW-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable.
