We had a wonderful stay in Palm Springs and would absolutely give it 5 stars. Having three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms was perfect for our group of friends and made the space feel comfortable and private for everyone. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, and we spent a lot of time relaxing in the backyard. We also loved grilling and dining at the house. One pleasant surprise was how close the Prescott Nature Preserve was—we enjoyed walking there and spotting different birds and turtles. The location was excellent: very close to the airport and downtown Palm Springs, within about an hour of Joshua Tree National Park, and even closer to the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. The home had nearly everything we needed for a great stay. The mountain views behind the house were breathtaking, and we never got tired of the warmth and sunshine. We would happily stay here again!

We loved our stay at this beautiful Airbnb. The location is fantastic! Close to the airport and downtown. It’s nestled in a neighborhood that backs up to the most amazing view! We loved the pool and the spa. Each room having a private bath plus a half bath was perfect for our large group. ACME was quick to respond to my questions and was great to work with. The house does back up to a street but the backyard is quite private and the noise was minimal. We loved the big windows and sliding doors with the automatic shades. Everything was lovely! Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend an ACME property.

We had an excellent stay at Picture Perfect Retreat! The description was very accurate. The space was larger than it appeared in photos. It was a quick 10 minute drive to downtown which was great for shopping, restaurants & hikes. Additionally just 45 minutes to Joshua Tree National Park. The kitchen was very well stocked and we easily prepared meals for six people and the large gas grill was a great bonus. The backyard with pool, hot tub and gas fire pit were awesome for morning coffee and evening relaxation after a day filled with adventure. Very nice to have bath products provided along with comfortable beds & pillows with crisp white bedding. ACME was great at communicating prior to our arrival and while visiting. We had no issues at all during our visit. Highly recommend Picture Prefect Retreat!

Great place. We had a wonderful time. The pool is very nice, it does take extra $$ to heat the pool and the hot tub is the same temperature with the pool. We don’t really mind because it’s nice and warm. The house is very clean and chic. And the host is very responsive. We would appreciate more baby equipments like cribs and high chair, but renting is pretty convenient and not too expensive. The place would benefit from more kitchen equipment for a group of 6 (larger pans and pots).

Location is everything! We loved being 5-10 minutes from everything. Even the longer excursions seemed central to this home. Great layout, love the use of a washer and dryer, especially with kids in tow. Had a small issue upon check in, and it was handled that night. Great communication!

The pictures don't do this view justice!

We stayed at Picture Perfect Retreat and the pictures don't do this view justice! Flanked by the Prescot preserve and a golf course, you have over a 180 degree, unobstructed view of the mountains, absolutely beautiful! The house is newer with 3 on suite bathrooms, all king beds which was great for our 3 couples in the group. We had a few cooler days so the hot tub and fire pit came in handy, along with the huge sliding door when we didn't need the air conditioning. The garage is available for parking which is nice for those hot days. We loved the house so much we ended up spending a lot more time there than I expected, having a few dinners and nights in. Acme was great with clear instructions on check in, house rules, and things to do in the area. We had a broken pool skimmer and they had a replacement to us in about an hour. I highly recommend renting though Acme versus the "other two" out there.

I can't say enough about the team at ACME. We arrived during a rare rainstorm in PS, which led to a power outage on our first night. ACME immediately responded with lanterns for us. The power quickly came back, but the next morning we discovered the spa would not work. They had a team member there inside an hour to fix it! The house was as advertised: a gleaming modern interpretation of Palm Springs MCM, with outstanding views of the mountains. All in all, a wonderful choice for anyone wanting the PS experience.

Absolutely loved our stay

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at the property in Palm Springs. The accommodations were wonderful and the pictures didn’t do the house any justice. The pool was definitely a highlight. Very clean and really well decorated

I have used this vacation rental company several times, Acme House Company. Check-in is easy and hassle free and check-out is very simple - no real tasks or housekeeping, just basic like take out trash and start DW. The houses have always been very clean and really well decorated. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with equipment and the bathrooms large. The backyards usually have a great pool and some fun games. This particular house had fabulous mountain views from the living room and the backyard. It was very comfortable for 6 adults. I have not had an issue so I can't say what the response would be - but no news is good news in that there have not been issues to deal with. However their communication is on going and current to make sure you are satisfied and having a wonderful experience.

We looked for a quiet and comfortable place to have some time with friends from 3 different cities. This property has it all, from a grill to a pool and games. Easy to get to from the airport and close enough to the downtown area. Great place!

Girls Trip 2023

We absolutely loved our stay. The pool and jacuzzi were nice temps. The kitchen was fully equipped and the outdoor grill was an excellent perk. The property is close to everything, airport, downtown, restaurants, Ariel tram, etc. Our only minor complaint was that we were unable to watch the Chiefs’ game on the local channel. My girls and I had the best time reconnecting, unplugging and relaxing. We would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay here

We loved our stay here and would absolutely come back! The location is very peaceful and backs up to a very quiet street, allowing us so much privacy. This is a beautiful home with a beautiful color-changing pool that stayed cool throughout the very hot weather. Great home for a small group. Fun backyard and lovely inside space. This home is also super close (3min walk down the street) to @PSDesertViewVilla for larger groups, like ours, that needed 2 homes! Definitely recommend both homes!

Could have been better

The good: This house is very beautiful and new looking on the inside. I was very happy with the kitchen and it was very well equipped. The television in the main room is huge and the living space is great if you have a large group. Communication during the visit was good. The bad: Unfortunately, there was an ant infestation in the main bedroom and we were unable to use it. This was disappointing because the room in question was the largest with the double sinks in the bathroom and a nice television. We had to stay in a smaller room without a tv. This place needs a pest management company who comes regularly to help with the critters. I suggested it to them and requested some sort of refund for not being able to use the main bedroom/bathroom due to ant infestation. I was surprised that they only offered me a very small refund, barely a third of what I paid PER NIGHT plus all the taxes and fees, so I felt that refund was disappointing. I expected more and was not left with a good feeling about the property managers or the house itself. I would not stay here again because I do not feel they value their customers. There is no covered area out in the backyard which made it miserable in 117 degree heat. They really need to get some shade back there! If you stay here please take that into consideration. The remote control for the television was confusing, even with the directions. Location is pretty far from everything so keep that in mind.

The good: This house is very beautiful and new looking on the inside. I was very happy with the kitchen and it was very well equipped. The television in the main room is huge and the living space is great if you have a large group. Communication during the visit was good. The bad: Unfortunately, there was an ant infestation in the main bedroom and we were unable to use it. This was disappointing because the room in question was the largest with the double sinks in the bathroom and a nice television. We had to stay in a smaller room without a tv. This place needs a pest management company who comes regularly to help with the critters. I suggested it to them and requested some sort of refund for not being able to use the main bedroom/bathroom due to ant infestation. I was surprised that they offered me a refund of only $86.25. I paid $354.00 PER NIGHT plus all the taxes and fees, so I felt that refund was disappointing. I expected more and was not left with a good feeling about the property managers or the house itself. I would not stay here again because I do not feel they value their customers. There is no covered area out in the backyard which made it miserable in 117 degree heat. They really need to get some shade back there! If you stay here please take that into consideration. The remote control for the television was confusing, even with the directions. Location is pretty far from everything so keep that in mind.

Hot but worth it!

We loved the house and amenities. Pool stayed cool even tho it was 115. And the kitchen was great for us to share and cook. Peaceful yet close to everything.
