Select homes are pet approved.<br /> ~No Smoking&nbsp;<br /> ~No large gatherings&nbsp;<br /> ~No mailbox access will be granted&nbsp;<br /> ~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature&nbsp;<br /> ~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house.
