You and your loved ones will have the best of both worlds - this home is far enough from crowds that you can enjoy a secluded vacation but close enough to nearby shopping and dining that you can visit anytime. You're also a few blocks away from hiking at the Fred Wolff Nature Preserve, and a short drive from golfing, restaurants, and more. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The pool or pool spa can be heated upon request for guest stays of three nights or longer! 24 hours notification is required and a pool heat fee of $150 per day plus tax must be paid prior to check-in.

The house is beautiful and has all the amenities you’d want to find in your own home. Location is great. We stayed for Coachella wknd, and getting to the festival and back was a breeze all three days.
