This home can serve as an ideal 'base camp' for the area's many seasonal festivals and food fairs, such as the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival, Stagecoach Country Music Festival, the Taste of Indio, and the Indio Powwow. Architectural buffs and lovers of all things mid-century modern, will also find plenty to discover in and around the neighboring city of Palm Springs. You can also opt for sun-soaked leisure closer to home with two community pools and hot tubs to choose from which are just a stroll away from the California cottage.

While at home, enjoy outdoor living on the beautifully furnished patio, complete with a gas grill and dining table for alfresco meals.
