Relax on the shady patio, flip burgers on the private gas grill, and unwind around the firepit when the sun goes down. Inside, the 2,060-square-foot home is punctuated by a beautiful gas fireplace, large smart TV with a Bose soundbar, and a sunken wet bar that opens to the backyard. The other side of the house sports an open kitchen/family room with its own large TV and enough space for group projects in the kitchen. Sit in the dining room to partake in your meal or dine alfresco in the garden, both of which boast large tables that encourage dinnertime conversation.

This home is located in a gated community of Palm Desert, where you'll have access to community pools, pickleball, tennis courts, and a fitness center. Golfers can head one mile west to tee off at the Palm Desert Country Club, which is open to the public, while tennis enthusiasts can catch some professional action at the annual BNP Paribas Open at Indian Wells Tennis Garden less than a mile south. Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
