The detached garage has been converted to a game room, fitted with full-size ping-pong, foosball, and air hockey tables, as well as an extra refrigerator.

Prepare tasty meals in the gourmet kitchen, configured with ample quartz counter space and stainless steel appliances.

A private mountain-view oasis, the walled pool deck is spacious and lined with bistro lights. 6' deep, the shimmering saltwater pool includes a tanning ledge and oversize spa. Riverside County regulations prohibit any 'party' lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests liable for any 'light trespass' on surrounding properties.
