The primary suite features a bed, a TV, and an attached full bath, offering the perfect layout for comfort and relaxation. The remaining three bedrooms are comfortable and ideal for a great night's sleep. Added conveniences include complimentary WiFi and a high-capacity washer/dryer. This home is close to several popular Palm Springs-area events, including the Coachella Valley Music Festival, Stagecoach Country Music Festival, and numerous equestrian events at the Empire Polo Club, just two miles away.
Visit Palm Desert, only 11 miles away, for spas, boutiques, and plenty of restaurants. Or spend your days on the golf course or tennis court, and your nights enjoying the local nightlife and sampling some of the area's iconic, historic steakhouses.
Things to Know Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. Noise from gatherings during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa, it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.
