Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). THINGS TO KNOW: Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat.
