THINGS TO KNOW Riverside County regulations prohibit any 'party' lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests liable for any 'light trespass' on surrounding properties. Pack-N-Play and baby gates provided. Streaming TV channels via Chromecast require guest accounts for access. While chains are required in all vehicles, a 4x4 or equivalent is recommended. *This home features mini-splits in two of the bedrooms and the living room, each with heating and A/C.
