LIVING AREA The welcoming living area is outfitted with seating for the group, a gas fireplace, a smart TV, and a desk. KITCHEN & DINING The newly renovated kitchen offers a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. When it's time to dine, the table accommodates six. BED & BATH This home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and smart TV. The adjacent bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a full-size bed. Both bedrooms have patio access. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES The outdoor haven features multiple areas to relax in the shade with a crisp beverage. Host an afternoon cookout and make use of the gas grill. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided. Parking is available for two cars (one in the garage and one in the driveway). Additional street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. This single-level home has a step-free entry. The property does not have air-conditioning. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum occupancy is six guests and two vehicles. Fines and/or eviction are possible for violations. We enjoyed Casago’s home very much! Very well located to Carmel and Monterey. Kitchen well stocked. Very clean. Loved sitting in the nice backyard. It was the selling point for me besides the location.

This was a great place to stay! Only 10-15 minutes from Monterey/Carmel activities. The neighborhood is quiet, and feels safe. The backyard is the best part!
