With an excellent bay-view back deck large enough to accommodate separate lounging and dining areas, this home is perfect for relaxation after eventful days exploring Newport Beach and enjoying the area's beautiful beaches, shopping, and dining. You can even launch your own stand-up paddleboards with easy access to the main harbor.
Flooded with natural light, this comfortable coastal home offers 1,620 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space with modern amenities for everyone to enjoy. Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by a spacious great room with patio access from the living area, featuring plenty of comfortable seating and a TV for relaxing after a day of adventure.
Enjoy meals indoors or dine alfresco on the waterfront patio. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires.
All bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with premium linens for your comfort. A double sofa bed and a futon in the downstairs living area provide additional sleeping accommodations for your group.
Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi, cable TV, and a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Things to Know
Please note: This home does not have air conditioning.
Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older to rent (proof of age required).
The Duffy boat docked at the property is not available for guest use. Access to the dock is via the exterior walkway, so entry into the home is not required.
This is a quiet residential neighborhood, and we appreciate guests being considerate of the neighbors. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
To help maintain a private and comfortable stay for everyone, only registered guests may access the home from the dock and boat landing area. Additionally, no large groups or parties are permitted onsite at any time.
Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.
