* Pool Heating: Pool heating is available upon request for an additional service fee. Please contact us before arrival so we can arrange for the pool to be heated in advance. Pool heating must be reserved in minimum three-day blocks. This fee may not be included in the quoted price on certain booking platforms.

* Spa Heating: Heating for the new in-ground spa adjacent to the swimming pool is included with your rental at no additional charge.

* Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome. No other types of pets are permitted.

* Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Proof of age is required.
