This unique Toro Canyon private home is located at the base of the majestic Santa Barbara mountains, next to Montecito, 10 minutes from Santa Barbara, and within a mile of the beach. This sweet cottage has everything one could want: A large private yard with a NEW jacuzzi, fire pit, solar lighting, a large BBQ, dining area, Bocce Ball court, corn hole, and luscious gardens with fruit trees to relax in.
The home has gorgeous wood floors throughout, a newly remodeled kitchen with great appliances, beautiful stone counters, a tile backsplash, and everything you need to cook a delicious meal! The dining area has a table for six to eight and a large table outside for dining all year round under the stars!
The living room is newly furnished for ease and comfort with couches, chairs, bean bags for the kids, a cozy fireplace, and a huge flat-screen TV, all with picturesque windows to enjoy the natural light and views of the lovely gardens and trees.
The spacious master suite has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and French doors to a deck to sit and enjoy the gorgeous mountain views. The ensuite master bath has two sinks and a tub/shower combo. Also, this room has a day bed for extra guests.
The second bedroom has wood floors, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, two full-size bunk beds, and a single pull-out trundle bed.
The third bedroom has a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. This room has its own climate control with a mini split to provide cooling or heat based on the season.
Hopefully, it will be all play, but for the people who must work, we have a desk in the hallway that can be closed off for privacy and another desk in the second bedroom if the kids need to study.
