Tucked away at the top of a private drive, Casita Vista shares the property with the main residence while offering its own private entrance and dedicated outdoor spaces. Surrounded by native succulents, thoughtfully curated landscaping, and sweeping 300-degree views, this serene guest suite is an ideal place to unwind, recharge, and reconnect with nature.

Inside, you'll find a welcoming space that combines understated style with modern amenities. Nearly every room captures the beautiful surroundings, creating inviting places to relax, read, or enjoy a spectacular sunset over the ocean.

THE LIVING SPACE

Fully Equipped Kitchen

The kitchen features hardwood floors, a new Bosch dishwasher, a gas stove, a microwave, and ample storage. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, you'll have the essentials you need to feel at home.

Comfortable Bedroom

The bedroom features a queen-size bed, hardwood floors, recessed lighting, generous closet space, and a large window that fills the room with natural light.

Bonus Office/Flex Room

The bonus room offers a built-in office nook, a spacious closet, additional shelving, and a twin trundle bed that sleeps two. Storage beneath the bed makes longer stays more convenient.

Please note that this room does not have a door separating it from the hallway, so privacy is limited.
