This unit has two fireplaces to enjoy a relaxing evening and read a good book!

There is an office/nook area off the kitchen for your convenience, along with a full size laundry room in the house.
This home offers a one-car garage, plenty of street parking, and one permit.
This is a quiet four-plex. Please be aware that long-term tenants are living at the property.
