Things to Know This vacation home is part of an older historical building, and noise may be heard from adjacent units. This home is located near the train tracks (all Santa Barbara beachfront property shares this feature) and the 101 freeway. Earplugs are provided for those sensitive to noise while sleeping. Although this home is not equipped with air-conditioning, it is rarely needed with the mild summer temperatures at the beach. A ceiling fan ensures a pleasant breeze. Elevators are not available.
