The first guest bedroom is a true highlight of the home — featuring a king bed, its own private seating area with a couch and pullout double bed for added convenience, a smart TV with Roku, large windows, glass sliding doors opening directly to the patio and pool area, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom also offers a king bed, a smart TV, a dedicated workspace with a desk, direct patio and pool access, and its own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa, it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

Pet Policy: We welcome 1 dog (up to 55 lbs) per stay. Due to insurance restrictions, the following breeds and their mixes are not permitted: pit bulls/Staffordshire terriers, Rottweilers, German shepherds, Doberman pinschers, Chow chows, Akitas, Alaskan malamutes, wolf hybrids, Argentine Dogos, Cane Corsos, and Presa Canarios. Service dogs are always welcome regardless of breed or size.
Dogs may not be left unattended at the property. Please clean up all pet waste prior to departure.
Per the City of Palm Springs Good Neighbor Policy, all noise — including barking — must remain inaudible beyond the property line at all times (24/7, no exceptions). Excessive noise is subject to city citations and is grounds for immediate eviction.
